It is such a pleasure to have a good in with local and regional breweries. Especially when it comes to helping the community in little ways. With this initiative, we have been able to put money back into a local business, create a positive story for others to enjoy, and directly reward some of the other folks we see working had for their community.

In today's segment, we drop off a 6-pack to a birthday boy who not only runs a martial arts gym, but has stayed engaged with his students, running inclusive and interactive video sessions. Participating members now have a home gym with their own mats, a practice dummy, and a variety of workout, technique, stretching, boxing and movement sessions to tune into.
