Already I reassure on one point, there is someone who reads the posts !!!
The thing that is very interesting is that a site accepts payment in HIVE !!!
It's not a bad idea for the competition, a volunteer is more complicated ...

i might even run it myself. It'll not be that hard but if only 5-6 people enter, it'll be a waste of time.

I think there is some incentive incompatibility issue when it comes to comment. Comment does not directly relate to rewards and people are less likely to vote on a comment under a post. So if the reward system can somehow differentiate votes on comment from votes on post and weighs the votes on comment a bit more since people are not only blindly voting the posts but also engaging with it, that would be one solution.

Thats very true, there is no incentive to comment.

Maybe a small voting bot could fix the problem :)
