A New Look For Casinos

Casinos around the United States are starting to reopen again and there are going to be a few changes. As you can see from the image above, sitting around the table might look a bit different this go around. At least for a little while.

Some casinos are still waiting to get permission from the state to open, but there are casinos that have already made the moves to reopen for business and they have seen plenty of people who have been eager to get back in.

Among the changes will be improved cleaning procedures, many casinos are using plexiglass dividers at poker tables, and they have implemented other measures.

Around Washington, Florida, and other areas, casinos have already been reopened. Others will soon follow.

Aside from those changes mentioned above, some casinos are also going to be taking the temperatures of any guests who comes in to do business.

You might also see some casino employees wearing masks and plenty of new hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the venue. Guests in some casinos might also be asked to wear masks and if they refuse then they likely will be asked to leave. Those who don't have a mask might also likely be given one from the casino. There are also going to be fewer tables on the floor.

Those restrictions on casinos, restaurants, and other venues like movie theaters, on how many guests can come in to do business, are going to make it even harder for those businesses to succeed and see a profit. For some restaurants they are being required to operate at half capacity and that just isn't an efficient long term solution for those venues.

This is going to force even more companies, especially restaurants, out of business.

Their margins are such that they are not cleaning up; now they can expect a 50% reduction in revenues.

This will make things tighter as their fixed costs will not decrease too much.

Opentable already forecast that 25% of the restaurants presently closed will not even reopen.

I would expect an amount similar to that to go under in the first 18 months after reopneing.

Hello dear friend @doitvoluntarily, to be honest it does not seem to me a business of extreme necessity for people, since there is the possibility of playing online and staying safe, I know that it is a commercial matter.
Thank you very much for sending us this news.
I wish you an excellent night
