나의 액티핏 리포트 카드 2019년 8월 10일 (토)

이번 토요일에는 파주의 한 워터파크에 다녀왔다. 그 안에서 왔다갔다 하느라 걷기도 걸었지만 나음 물놀이도 한거 같으니 걷기 외에 수영하기도 포함해 보았다. 실외 수영장인데다 폭염까지 있어 가만히 있기도 쉽지 않았다. 물속에 들어가면 물이 열을 식혀주니 조금 더 나았다. 오후가 되자 손님들이 너무 많아져 불쾌감은 점점 올라가고... 오후 3시가 되자 그만하고 나오기로 가족들과 합의. 처음엔 좀 즐거웠지만 뒤에 가서 힘들고 아쉽게 마무리되었다.
