Nothing "official" but a lot of good information came out yesterday about Steeming weather.

• The team was part of the deal and no one was laid off.
• They did not know when the deal happened (but were aware of talks with parties, basically they learned with us when it happened).
• No ads soon on steemit.com (thanks @justinsunsteemit).
• No token Swap.
• No moving to TRON.
• Faster onboarding is something @justinsunsteemit mentioned as very important.

Immediate Plans for Steem
I want to start off with the most important details. As Justin said in Saturday’s livestream, there are no hard or immediate plans with respect to the Steem blockchain and the migration of Steem applications to the Tron blockchain. There are many potential avenues for connecting these two platforms in mutually beneficial ways that would also preserve them as distinct entities and we look forward to exploring these opportunities with the Tron Team. We have been given every assurance that the path forward will be collaborative and cooperative.
Conflicting Announcements
As far as conflicting announcements on social media, I believe this is due to the fact that we have not yet had the opportunity to interface with Tron’s teams so that we can share information and strategize as a cohesive unit. Once this happens, I believe that we can present more unified, consistent, and technically accurate messaging.

Power Downs went up crazy on the 14th and it is understandable. We are not 100% clear about what is going to happen so I am not judging anybody or anything. And it is their money, they can do whatever they want and no one can blame them.
I was just kind of surprised that some big names are already trying to jump off the "Steem Train"... especially mk person. I've got downvoted big time by that person so maybe it is a good thing he wants to get off now?! idk.

The other thing I would like to see is the Power Ups since the announcement.
I actually wanted to Power Up but I didn't so I would like to know what the other Steamians are thinking and where they stand.

昨日@blockbrothersと@andrarchyのライブストリーミングがありました。

基本的には前にも投稿した内容と同じで、今後直ぐ大きな変更は予定されていません。
トークンスワップも、Tronへの移行計画もありません。
Steemitは数年前からの運営資金の調達が難しく資金面でかなり厳しい状態だったので、それを解消するために売却という手段をとってTronの資金・マーケティング力をSteemitに投入し利益増加を目指すというのが一番の理由みたいです。

ただ、話し方・話しぶりから何となく伺える点としては、実際みんなはっきりしたことは分かっていないんだなというところです。
特にトークンスワップは言葉自体が先走りして、
STEEM ➡️ TRX
と勘違いして、みんな混乱した感じでしたが、Andrewの話では、STEEMとTRXはそれぞれ別々に存在しながら、トークンスワップができる"ATOMIC TOKEN"の開発・実装を目指したいといった感じでした。
なので、イメージ的には
STEEM ⬅️➡️ "ATOMIC TOKEN"　⬅️➡️ TRX
こんな感じの方が近いんじゃないかと思いました。

でも、インタビューの中でも、他の人のブログでも書かれている通りまだ100%確実ではないので、突然変更される可能性はあると思います。
また、アメリカの会社、特にスタートアップは長期プランがないので、経営戦略が修正されて急に方向転換。。。といった可能性は拭えないと思います。
