12/2～9は一日しか稼働せず実績は以下の通りです。

師走になり、各種忘年会や飲み会が増えてきました。
また、天気が安定せず稼働するのに躊躇する日が続きました。

今月は旅に出たり、飲み会が続きますので引き続き稼働が厳しい月になりそうです。

これまでの成果か、最近「痩せた？」と言われるようになりました。
また飲みすぎで体重を増やさないようにしないといけないですね。
