定期健診に行ってきました

年に一度の健康診断に行ってきました。
幸か不幸かコロナが拡大しているこのタイミングになりました。

病院が会社のそばで、契約書も作成しなければいけなかったりしたので会社に出勤しました。
いつもと時間をずらしていることもありますが、朝の電車はやはりいつもと違って人が少ないですね。
会社は丸の内ですが、丸の内も人出が少ない感じです。

午後になって病院に行ってきました。
定期健診は前から決まっているため人はそこそこいましたね。

検査着に着替え、一般的な健診のメニューをこなしていきます。
朝の検尿を提出し、血圧→胸部レントゲン→心電図→身長体重→視力聴力→血液→内科という流れだったと思います。

毎年の健診では、よく飲んでよく食べているためかコレステロールと肝臓の値が若干ひっかかってますが今回それがどこまで改善しているか気になるところです。
体重は前回に比べて2kg弱減っていましたので改善しているだろうと思います！（これくらいは誤差でしょうか）

視力検査では検査する目が切り替わるときにチカチカするので苦手です。。

健康診断が終わったのが16時で昨晩20時から何も食べていませんでしたので終わってからは爆食いしたのは言うまでもありません。
