セブの和食処 知暮里
セブにはおいしい和食を食べれるところが何か所かあると聞いていましたが、先月の旅で初めて和食に行ってきましたのでご紹介したいと思います。
場所はセブの中心地にあるITパークというIT企業が集まっているきれいなオフィス街の中にある、「知暮里（ちぼり）」というお店です。
ITパークは、アヤラモールやウォーターフロントセブシティカジノにほど近い場所にあります。
ITパークの中をちょっと行くと知暮里があります。
知暮里では、日本のクオリティそのままの定食や和食を提供しているということで、現地の日本人もよく通っているお店だそうです。
店構えが南国と和のテイストを感じさせますね。
中に入ると結構広く、奥のほうのカウンター席に案内されて座りました。
現地の板前さんがせわしなく動いてます。
メニューはこんな感じで定食や寿司や他の単品料理などいろいろありました。
値段は400ペソ前後（約850円）で、セブでは高めですが日本の感覚では普通な感じです。
今回冷やし豚しゃぶ定食、寿司盛り合わせ、餃子を注文してみました。
お米はしっとりめ
寿司の見た目は日本で食べるのとそん色ないですね
餃子は冷凍ではなく、ちゃんと作って焼いている気がします
味は本当に日本で食べるのと変わらないクオリティであると感じました。
ボリュームも十分で、むしろ頼み過ぎてしまいました(笑)
寿司は、シャリがちょっと重いかなと感じましたが全然許容範囲です。
セブで日本食が恋しくなったらぜひ訪れたい一店ですね！
