I continue with the series of publications dedicated to highlighting the female figure within Reggae music.... Welcome to my new publication.

This time I want to talk about a young Jamaican reggae singer, who is about to make her debut in Chile, scheduled for her first concert on November 7.

Her native name is Kerida Johnson, She has a musical heritage, is daughter of the well-known drummer Albert "Ilawi Malawi" and Doris-Ray Johnson, both father and mother are of Rastafarian philosophy so she was born and grew up under that lifestyle as well as listening to music, this added to her great effort made her senses sharpen and she will become the brilliant writer and singer she is today. Known in the art world as:

Hempress Sativa

Despite his young age, he has achieved great success since his first work in 2017 titled "The Unconquerebel produced ". However it is worth noting that he is participating in the musical world since the age of 13.

He has performed in the United States, Mexico and at various festivals. Europe has been able to enjoy his talent. This time it's Chile's turn, where he'll start with a tour, which already has a date for both the current year and 2020.

He's got a pro-marijuana job, so much so that he calls himself "The Queen Cannabis.

He has also had the opportunity to work with producer Jahnoi Nunes, artists of the stature of Micah Shemaiah. He is a star who shines with his own light, with innate and natural talent, which is undoubtedly on the rise.

Next he said the promotional video of one of his hits, Boom Shakalak, I invite you to watch it and listen to it. It's in a very nice atmosphere, where you can see part of the Jamaican culture. enjoy it.

I must point out that the amount of information there is about this young artist is not abundant, however, I am certain that soon there will be much more of her.

As I already mentioned, it has date for its great debut on November 7 in Chile, here to the right the main image for the advertising of your concert, you can have information about entrance costs and more details here

Another of his videos, in this case of a song called Ooh LaLaLa, more set in vegetation, very consistent with natural life. In which you can appreciate the harmony of his voice.

To follow her closely, here I leave links that go directly to her Facebook blog and to her personal blog:
