If there is one thing that there is no shortage of in 'murika! it's empty houses.

Now sure, the folks that 'own' those houses want to rent them out, but the rent levels are such that nobody can afford to rent them.

So, homeless people live in the streets due to greed.

All hail, greed!

Why we agree to play by that rule is beyond me.

2 trillion dollars can 'get lost' out of the pentagon, but we can't get folks into houses.
Uh-huh. Sure.
