Con entusiasmo posso affermare che ho ricevuto la mia scheda esercizi e che mi sto veramente intrippando con la palestra.
È vero... sono due settimane, ma nonostante tutto, ho voglia di preparare la borsa la mattina, cosa non poco scontata.
Appena mi ricordo farò la foto alla mia scheda così la sottoporrò all'insindacabile giudizio del buon @fedesox !

Vi lascio con una mia fantastica foto a petto nudo... così potrete ammirare i miglioramenti di questo periodo di allenamento!

Io sono quello in fondo in fondo alla foto... dietro il muretto.
Se allargate bene col dito sullo schermo del telefono, magari riuscite anche a vedermi!

Hai voglia di preparare la borsa?! Sei bravissimo. Direi che a questo punto potresti davvero continuare per molto. Io potrei pensare di prendere 2 kettelbell e fare qualcosa a casa, ma chissà quando avró voglia di andarle a prendere.
