Ciao a tutti, questo il mio report actifit di ieri. Dopo il duro lavoro del finesettimana riprendere la settimana lavorativa è stato ancora più duro, sebbene il lavoro manuale mi abbia scaricato un po' dallo stress da ufficio.
Dato che devo essere lucido, meglio vederci sopra un bel cappuccino alla nocciola al posto della BEER..
