Buona sera Hivers🔥

Volevo aggiornarvi della mia ripresa in palestra,
oggi femorali e glutei 🍑

Era ormai da 4 mesi che non toccavo i pesi da "maschio" hahha e devo dire che la sensazione di essermi distrutta è stata bellissima.

Ecco a voi l'allenamento:

• Warm up 10 min tapis roulant
• Hyperextension 3x15
• Glutei al cavo 3x10
• Hip trust 2x12+ 3x8
• Stacchi 3x10
• Bulgarian squat 3x12

Tornata a casa mi sono fatta una bella doccia, poi solita cena con riso pollo e verdure, dopodiché mi sono messa a scrivere questo post e ho fatto una scoperta bruttissima...

Solitamente per i miei post metto sempre foto fatte da me perché mi piace veramente tanto fotografare cose, oggetti, animali ecc... e mi piace ancora di piu modificarle con dei filtri per renderle ancor più professionali.

Aprendo la mia applicazione preferita Adobe Lightroom, ho visto che tutti i miei preset si sono cancellati a causa di un aggiornamento...
TRAGEDIA ora devo rifare tutto da capo e non riesco a recuperare gli altri 😭😭

Per chi non lo sapesse i preset sono dei filtri predefiniti che crei e rimangono salvati, in modo tale che quando tu vai a modificare la tua foto non perdi ore ed ore ogni volta regolarla, basta un semplice copia e incolla e il gioco è fatto

I wanted to update you of my restart in the gym, today hamstrings and glutes🍑

It was 4 months now that I hadn't touched the "man" weights hahha and I must say that the feeling of being destroyed was beautiful.

Here's the workout:
• Warm up 10 min tapis roulant
• Hyperextension 3x15
• Glutes cable 3x10
• Hip trust 2x12 + 3x8
• 3x10 deadlifts
• Bulgarian squat 3x12

Back home I had a nice shower, then the usual dinner with rice, chicken and vegetables, after which I started writing this post and I made a very bad discovery ...

Usually for my posts I always put photos made by me because I really like photographing things, objects, animals etc ... and I like even more to edit them with filters to make them even more professional.

Opening my favorite app Adobe Lightroom, I saw that all of my presets were delete cause of an update ...
TRAGEDY now I have to do it all over again and I can't recover the others 😭😭

*Presets are predefined filters that you create and remain saved, so that when you go to edit your photo you don't lose hours and hours each time for adjusting it, just a simple copy and paste and is it done *
