My Actifit Report Card: Daily and Walking

Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you my daily report.

In the morning I went to the industrial zone to help the workers in a screen print. I unpacked many bags, today 285. I packaged other material and caming back home. Before, I changed the inner tube of my bike.

I returned home, had lunch and went again to the industrial zone. There I spent the afternoon that I finished Walking back home.

I had dinner with Gnocchi and Mix Salad.

I drank a tisane and watched a movie before falling asleep.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero.

In mattinata sono andato nella zona Industriale per aiutare gli operai in una serigrafia. Ho disimballato diversi zainetti, oggi 285. Ho imballato altro materiale e sono tornato a casa. Prima di ciò ho cambiato la camera d'aria alla mia bici.

Sono ritornato a casa, ho pranzato e sono andato nuovamente nella zona Industriale. Là ho speso il pomeriggio che ho terminato passeggiando fino a casa.

Ho cenato con Gnocchi e Insalata mista.

Ho bevuto una tisana e preparato un post per domani prima di andare a dormire.
