Intentaré hacerme una radiografía para presentarme.
O al menos expresar como me veo a mi misma a mis 40 años. Si tuviera que compararme con un animal escogería al chimpancé. Los veo graciosos, inquietos y muestran mucho sus dientes.
Mi nueva Cédula-tarjeta de identidad: La maternidad, soy madre de una niña llamada Uma: su nombre significa agua en lengua Aymara. Recé para que llegara a esta tierra y la parí en mi casa durante una tormenta. El gran Espíritu me escuchó, la envió y la protege.
La maternidad ha hecho una mutación en mí. Pero hay rasgos que conservo antes y después de estar embarazada.
El principal es la afinidad con la cosmovisión de pueblos originarios, visión y búsqueda de una guía que me acompañe en el camino espiritual en mi tránsito por éste y otros mundos y en la crianza de mi pequeña.
Otra ha sido el activismo social contándolo a través de la herramienta audiovisual.
Me gradué en Estudios Internacionales en la Universidad Central de Venezuela. He hecho carrera comunicacional y me gusta el audiovisual como otro idioma para contar historias, personajes, luchas sociales justas, ecológicas, étnicas, medicinales ó promover personajes del mundo artístico.
En algún momento de mi anterior juventud tuve una fórmula social en mi cabeza con la que cambiaría el sistema Penitenciario, es una experiencia inolvidable.
De esa experiencia Penitenciaria tengo recuerdos hermosos como la vez que metimos a un artista de circo que sacó sonrisas en una prisión llamada Rodeo1.

I graduated in International Studies at the Central University of Venezuela. I have made a communication career and I like audiovisual as another language to tell stories, characters, fair social, ecological, ethnic, medicinal struggles or to promote characters from the artistic world.
At some point in my previous youth I had a social formula in my head with which I would change the Penitentiary system, it is an unforgettable experience.
From that Penitentiary experience I have beautiful memories like the time we put a circus artist who took smiles in a prison called rodeo 1

Por otra parte, pues soy mujer, cambio como cambia la luna. Todas las estaciones lunares me modifican, en luna creciente siempre me va bien, es mi preferida.
Me gusta entrenar, tengo buen nivel en #PoleDance y me gusta en especial el Pole callejero, #StreetPole y #PoleArt.
On the other hand, because I am a woman, I change how the moon changes. All the lunar seasons modify me, in crescent moon I always do well, it is my favorite.
I like to train, I have a good level in #PoleDance and I especially like the Street Pole, #StreetPole and #PoleArt.
Ahorita me planteo seguir estudiando, quiero hacer un Post Grado. Evalúo si en carrera comunicacional o cultural. Y conectar con opciones y multi dimensiones de Culturas, artes, ecología, deportes, sanadores y con gente Libre y Feliz.
Right now I plan to continue studying, I want to do a Post Degree. I assess whether in a communication or cultural career. And connect with options and multi dimensions of Cultures, arts, ecology, sports, healers and with Free and Happy people.

Hi Jackie muy first pole dancer Contact on steemit! Well the truth is It changed how often I train. Although I have the tool at home. While I was pregnant I also did some exercises. The muscles also have memory and remember the tricks. I'll post something telling the excersises during the pregnancy . Very funny

Thank you. Pole dance is a very complete excersice. Arms, legs and abdomen are worked at the same time. I have trained with 52 year old women and she looks Young too!
