My Introduction to Hive Community | @itinerantph

There's no word can express how excited I am to finally have my first ever post here on HIVE platform. As we all know most us here actually come from STEEM where we truly enjoyed the support system of one another. We had a healthy & solid community until it was taken over by Justin and tried to aggressively rule over the block chain. I noticed that it gradually became a different community and good people who built worked so much for the platform have already left and moved to HIVE so I am here.

By the way, I am Michael Jan also known as itinerantph. I have started my crypto journey way back 2017 when I stumbled upon steemit. From there, I met a lot of people who are also passionately into blockchain based platforms. Since then I gained at least general knowledge about crypto currency and started to trade on some altcoins.

I was based in Cebu City, Philippines for almost six years but decided to move back here in our hometown in Surigao, Philippines more than a year ago. I am 25 years of age. I am striving my way up for my future self, for my family and for the people around me. I took up Business Accounting at University of Cebu and currently self employed and living a simpler rural life here in our hometown.

I am a self proclaimed blogger, who loves to write about my travel stories, life experiences and sharing the things I learn as I go through my life journey. We all want to exist and be remembered by someone with the things that we share. I do hope I can share something meaningful in this platform and create good relationship with its community members. I also enjoy joining some volunteer works in the community since I have been part of some volunteer organizations in Cebu and hopefully can organize some here in our hometown.

Being part of STEEM PHILIPPINES CEBU FAMILY is one of the best things that happened to me in my crypto journey because I met a lot of inspiring and talented people from different fields who most of them became my closest friends. If you guys are already here I just want you to know I already miss each and everyone of you. I do hope to meet you again when I get back to Cebu.

MY GOALS:

• To Promote Philippines Local tourist destinations to the community.
• To explore places I never been before and share it through my write ups.
• To make friends with people in this community.
• To share this platform to my family, relatives and friends and hopefully to organize meet ups events with them.
• To participate in some community organized volunteer works if possible.
• To share contents which could give a dose of positivity to my audience.
• To get involved in community discussions to express my opinion and to learn from other people's point of view.
• To discover more of myself by expressing myself through my write ups.

MY EXPECTATIONS

• To receive constructive criticism.
• To get a support system through the community.
• Friendly environment.
• A long term platform, lifetime if possible.
• No Justin Sun
• More innovations.
• HIVE to the moon.
