Hello to my new friends from Steemit, My name is José I am from Venezuela and well we are at this moment going through a crisis in general social, political and economic. But as the Chinese say in times of crisis, it is where you see the opportunities to grow. I have a title as a T.S.U. in Computer Science, but I also have other gifts like cooking and I make savory and sweet dishes so I'm going to share some of my recipes.

My morning routine is doing weight lifting exercises and I am fasting intermittently to remove the accumulated fat in the abdomen and back is difficult to eliminate that localized fat but I do well with fasting and drinking a lot of water and do a lot of cardio I hope to achieve my goal of having a stylized body and well marked laughter ha ha ha. I like to skate online and on ice although I almost don't do it often anymore. I try to lead a healthy life master nature sometimes I go to the mountain and to the beach nature is the ultimate. Note: we must take care of our planet.

I am very spiritual I am not associated with a particular religion I am Catholic because I was baptized in that religion anymore I do not go to church every day if I believe in God and in the Angels. I like to read about other life philosophies like Yoga, Buddha, Meditate, Balance of Chakras, Types of Healings, Astrology among others it catches my attention and some methods I have used in my life. I read the tarot cards and the miracle cards. Once I went to a panic heal for a sinus problem and in 3 sections I was cured, I was not believed but it was so healed it has been 7 years that nothing to do with sinusitis I felt it was like a spiritual operation I remember that the doctors told me that I was to operate so i could be ok but I didn't have all that money that i was asked to operate and apart they told me that I could return the sinusitis that the operation gives no guarantees and look for other alternatives and good as I told them to look for I found this kind of healing lu ego I will tell you in more detail what this magical method of healing is.

I MEDITATING

I like to know everything a little bit and my world moves so I love to research and learn every day and today you always have to be updated due to technology, and new discovery that take place every day and connected to social networks and the internet that is n We have the main source information all at hand with just one click. At this point in my life because it's hard what's going on in my country you have to look for other means of how to survive in the country on the economic side and that better than the internet every day researched ways of how to make money and to have economic stability like you know I have my profession and other gifts that has given me life how to cook that this is another project that I have for a future to have my food business delivery, hoping with Faith that this crisis will happen as soon as possible. It's hard to explain everything that happens in my country only we who live here know how it's all.
