Connecticut takes a big step towards Tyranny by invading citizen's privacy with Drones, without probable cause!
Police are using drones ostensibly to 'protect' us from the chronavirus! They claim they are not collecting facial recognition information by drone, but just measuring distances, and looking for fever. A drone this sophisticated could Easily be used to recognize and track individuals; but they surly can be trusted, not to step over this Tyrannical line, right?

They do not have the Constitutional Authority to invade our Privacy! There is NO Probable cause for this clear violation of our Constitutional Right to privacy!
Police in Westport, Connecticut, announced this week that they’re testing a so-called “pandemic drone” that can detect when people on the ground have fevers. The new drone platform will also be used to determine when people are closer than six feet to each other. Police will be able to deliver a verbal warning through the drone’s speaker to anyone not practicing social distancing.
SERIOUSLY? Are we in Junior High School? It is NOT the place for our employees to determine how close we are allowed to be! WE Decide that, THEY do Not have the authority to make that decision....
Looks like our Patriots in Connecticut, need to take up Skeet shooting! Maybe we can get Drone Hunting Permits, or salvage rights on what is shot down!
The drones can detect everything from heart rate to respiratory abnormalities in people on the ground, according to Draganfly, which also supplies drone technology for the Australian military, according to its website. The drones are equipped with standard 4K cameras, according to Draganfly, and the secret sauce appears to be whatever software they’re employing.
Feel safe yet, or is your skin beginning to crawl too? They claim it won't be used in private back yards, or other private spaces. What they do NOT seem to understand is that we are all surrounded by personal Space that is ensured by our Constitution!
This is the Republic of the United States, NOT Communist China; no matter how much our Politicians want it to be....
“The drone software uses biometric readings to understand population patterns and allows quicker reaction time to ongoing events or potential health threats,” Westport Police said on Facebook. “The goal is to provide better health monitoring support for potential at-risk groups, including seniors, as well as for gathering crowds at beaches, train stations, parks and recreation areas, and shopping centers. It will not be used in individual private yards, nor does it employ facial recognition technology.”

I call B.S. on this statement! They Know that a 4K camera will easily recognize enough data points for Facial Software to use. ALL areas, without Probable cause; are by law, "Private"!!!!
Ground this illegal technology; just because we CAN does Not mean we should! BACK OFF, you have exceeded your authority; and you need to stop, today. Any that refuse, need to be removed, for cause; no pension that way!

I am able to jam normal ones. Military drones will be more difficult. I would use spread spectrum control so only a small portion can be jammed at a time.
Besides #4 shot is FUN!

Commercial drone are easy to jam, you can even steal control from the operator.
Military controls are spread frequency and are, by design, difficult to find and or jam. You will Never steal their controls!
The best jammer is still a 12 gauge, but a simple remote control is an effective jammer. The ones that are crystal controlled are the best jammers, because you can switch the crystals to cover all the control frequencies. Jammer on the hoof, set the controls to dive; and switch the crystals until it dives....

Hmmm, crash the pizza drones and salvage the pizza...no charge that way, LOL! Here it is about a mile for pizza, but the homestead is about 15 miles.
