This is a story I've wanted to tell for a long time... and because one of the people involved has a very slim chance of gaining the Democratic nomination for president, now seems as good a time as any. It involves the gruesome murder of two beautiful innocent children- killed not by the nanny as reported, but by members of the Obama administration, because their father dared to uncover the biggest swindle in history... a crime that will likely go unpunished because no one dares to prosecute.
In October of 2012 the bodies of 6 year-old Lucia Krim and her brother Leo, age 2 were found mutilated and their nanny, Yoselyn Ortega was found unconscious on the bathroom floor clutching a bloody knife. On the surface this looks like a "nanny gone bad," but on closer examination, there's a lot more than meets the eye. The children's father, an executive at CNBC had uncovered the biggest money laundering scheme in history... over $43 trillion- that's right, trillion and it involves many notable banks as well as members of Congress and the Obama administration.
The outcome of the case was predictable. The nanny, Mrs. Ortega who doted on the children, was found guilty and sentenced to life in prison without parole. However, given the nature of the lawsuit, this was more likely a warning to the mainstream media not to delve too deeply into the case.
On 10/25/2012 two corporate financial media bastions, MarketWatch (an affiliate of the Wall Street Journal) and CNBC, presented their readers with a bombshell. In a too-good-to-be-true lawsuit, top government and banking officials in the United States had been sued for “racketeering and money laundering.” The suit requested “the return of $43 trillion to the United States Treasury.” Yes, you’ve read that right: 43 trillions—roughly 3 years worth of America’s GDP or close to 3 times America’s underestimate of its own national debt.

The likelihood of this suit being adjudicated is virtually nil... this is what the article describes as an exercise in "consciousness raising." Our judicial system has been bought and paid for for decades if not longer- from SCOTUS down to local courthouses.
But, you might say, what about the many well-meaning men and women who still hold office in America’s “justice” system? The answer is simple. Would you, in their shoes, willingly let go of any chance of promotion for the sake of fighting a losing battle? Would you risk your name being dragged in the mud, your spouse harassed or murdered, or your own body ending up in a dump?
The murder of the Krim children was a chilling lesson in democracy American style- in particular the two-tiered judicial system... if you're part of the ruling elite, you can get away with murder- literally. A prime example of this is the Clintons- a litany of dead bodies no withstanding, they've never been prosecuted for anything, unless you count a few meaningless fines for campaign violations. Bankers are rarely if ever charged with crimes, even the BCCI and HSBC scandals resulted in very few indictments, and none of those for anyone other than low-ranking employees- the management is never prosecuted. James Madison and Woodrow Wilson warned of the power of the banksters years ago:

Catherine Austin-Fitts, Assistant Sec. of Housing under George H W Bush gives an even more graphic personal account of the power of these Deep State controllers:

The simple answer is that you don't... it's the Wall Street and central bank banksters that pull the strings- the government employees, Congress, et.al. are mere puppets. Donald Trump is an outsider who understands the process which is why the flunkies in Congress and the corporate media are trying so hard to take him down... he's a threat to their status quo. Being puppets of the banksters doesn't in any way exonerate those politicians involved- they are just as guilty as their masters.
Nonetheless, the $43T lawsuit draws attention to the realities of American politics. It points to the most profitable thieving operation in the history of our species. It tells every American smart enough to punch numbers in a calculator that, one way or the other, her household has been so far cheated of $377,000. It tells us that the US government is, in reality, a criminal operation. It tells the few American people who are still awake that if this rapidly-metastasizing cancer of corruption cannot be peacefully removed from our body politic, and soon, that it will have to be forcefully removed—the future of the republic is clearly at stake. Above all, as in the parallel case of the Lagarde List Affair, it discloses the identities of some implacable enemies of humanity and thereby places these enemies at a grave personal risk.
This lawsuit showcases the nefarious character of the banksters. The bursting of the housing bubble in 2008 was likely manufactured by the banksters, knowing ahead of time that the Obama administration (who they funded during the election) would bail them out. So too would have John McCain, another Deep State puppet. This was the biggest swindle in American history, the creation of the Federal Reserve notwithstanding. These are some of the banks involved:

All received bailout funds and instead of using the funds to help clients avoid foreclosure, the money all went for bonuses to the CEO's, the "geniuses" that avoided a global financial meltdown. The American taxpayers were left holding the bag.
Many foreign and overseas banks were named in the suit in conjunction with the mega-banks – pointing to the fact that financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and others were using offshore banks to hide their monies acquired by the mortgage-backed securities scam. In essence, these financial institutions took monies from mortgage-holders, funneled it to offshore bank accounts and then after securitizing the loans, took the actual property from the individuals.
This was all done by the Obama administration, completely disabusing any of his claims to having been "the most scandal-free administration in history." The Obama administration was nothing more than a criminal enterprise disguised as a presidency.
This massive money laundering scheme was fostered by the Obama administration who gave the biggest bailout to the technocrats in the US. Indeed, Bank of America is instrumental in prospects that involved foreign countries in the largest global Ponzi scheme with the intention to steal and covert billions of dollars from millions of homeowners across America.
This lawsuit and the tragic death of two children are connected. The truth of this lawsuit would bring down the greatest financial hoax of this century. The technocrats are willing to murder two innocent babies of a man who published the lawsuit on CNBC, because keeping the truth hidden is worth more to them than the lives of anyone possibly connected to the truth.
Equally important is the fact that the bailouts were not gifts from the taxpayers, but loans. To date not one penny of those loans has been repaid- contrary to the claims made by the Obama administration and the banksters themselves. In fact the same banksters were largely responsible for funding Obama's re-election.
In the District Court lawsuit, Spire Law Group, LLP — on behalf of home owner across the Country and New York taxpayers, as well as under other taxpayer recompense laws — has expanded its mass tort action into federal court in Brooklyn, New York, seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide pending the return of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000.00) by the “Banksters” and their co-conspirators, seeking an audit of the Fed and audits of all the “bailout programs” by an independent receiver such as Neil Barofsky, former Inspector General of the TARP program who has stated that none of the TARP money and other “bailout money” advanced from the Treasury has ever been repaid despite protestations to the contrary by the Defendants as well as similar protestations by President Obama and the Obama Administration both publicly on national television and more privately to the United States Congress. Because the Obama Administration has failed to pursue any of the “Banksters” criminally, and indeed is actively borrowing monies for Mr. Obama’s campaign from these same “Banksters” to finance its political aspirations, the national group of plaintiff home owners has been forced to now expand its lawsuit to include racketeering, money laundering and intentional violations of the Iranian Nations Sanctions and Embargo Act by the national banks included among the “Bankster” Defendants.
The list of co-defendants reads like a who's who of the Obama administration, not to mention at least one presidential candidate in the 2020 election:
Some of the alleged conspirators are Attorney General Holder, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala Harris, Jon Corzine (former New Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy Geitner, Treasury Secretary, Vikram Pandit (recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former “communications director” for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the “Banksters” themselves, and their affiliates and conduits.
The Russia collusion hoax, the Clinton Foundation, 30,000 emails... all are just a smokescreen to cover up the biggest swindle and covert criminality in the history of mankind. The financial crisis of 2008 was planned well ahead of time- all that was needed was a willing president that was unassailable. Obama, being black, fit the bill perfectly. Had any of this come out the screams of racism would have been heard in the heavens. Doesn't it seem a bit odd that an unknown senator from Illinois beat out Hillary Clinton, a national figure for years, for the Democratic nomination- not to mention her willingness to postpone her own presidency for eight years? What an embarrassment for candidate Kamala "HeelsUp" Harris if this was to go public before the Democratic primaries.
How many thousands of families lost their homes and life savings so that a group of banksters and corrupt officials could line their pockets? The magnitude of this theft- and that's exactly what it was- dwarfs anything similar in history. The Obama administration and international banksters pulled off the biggest ponzi scheme in history... and the American taxpayers picked up the tab. The sum stolen more than doubles the national debt, yet none of the perpetrators will likely ever see the inside of a prison cell, much less be charged. The chilling murders of two innocent children sent a chilling message to anyone who crosses the most scandal-free administration in history.
