And How To Avoid It, By Avoiding Democracy

Every so often we get these really thought provoking statements from people in Hollywood, who seem to just know better than we plebs do, because they are super good at reading lines and star in moving stories that people like to watch, so they must know more than we do. One of the best and most frequent utterances of god like knowledge these elites bestow upon us, is when they tell us just how evil capitalism is. It's almost unfathomable to marvel at the complete hypocrisy and lack of self reflection in such a statement. It's th kind of thing you would say to a child or someone completely ignorant, that can't comprehend that they are advising people to renounce that which got them where they are. They make these insane statements only after capitalism has helped them to succeed, in a feeble attempt to appeal to the masses by unironically proposing socialism, or majority rule, also known as democracy.

Let's just distinguish the difference between capitalism and socialism by the their most fundamental differences, capitalism is based on private ownership of your property and protected by laws. For example, Apple made huge amounts of money because they created a product that people wanted, the same applies to celebrities who are paid millions to act in films that people pay money to go watch. So why is that frowned upon, well because it's not fair to people who have very little, but that's unfortunately life, and life's not fair, just have look at nature, nothing is fair and the world is not equal. So along comes democracy which is just a nice word for majority rule, and it demands that people get to take that which they desire from those who have it, all in the name of equality. But the only way to get equality is to violate the laws the protect property, and that's how democracy becomes socialism and then communism.

This again is nothing new and has been a reoccurring theme throughout history, societies prosper when the freedoms of citizens and laws to protect them are upheld, and civilizations fall when that is replaced by majority rule, unchecked governments and inevitably result in an oligarchy. These things do not happen over night, it takes sometimes long periods of time to end become noticeable. But it always starts with the people in power, offering the masses what they want in exchange for a freedom. Take the example of Bernie Sanders a few years ago promising the entire country free healthcare for all, to where we are today with that being the promise of every democratic nominee, or going as far as promising everyone $1000 each month? There is no way the economy could support these ridiculous promises that appeal to the needs and desires of people. And how will they pay for it, their answer is always to tax the rich more, and how much more, well some suggestions have been up to 90%, just think about that for a second. It's basically saying that because two agree, they are allowed to take the money of the third person, because they voted for it and because they call it tax, that is called theft. Then eventual effect is a crumbling society with rampant poverty, kinda like Venezuela right now.
