To Date, These Questions Have Not Been Answered
Speaker Nancy Pelosi said "failure at the top" in regards to the U.S. Capitol Police, but failed to realize that SHE is the "top" authority over the U.S. Capitol Police!
Livid about what she called the "failure at the top" in the wake of the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., insisted that the sergeant-at-arms for the House of Representatives be fired... who is ultimately "at the top of the Capitol Police?" Pelosi knows she is. She and the Senate leader, though they don't manage day-to-day operations, have ultimate authority over Capitol security.

the D.C. capitol police is with the SS, cia, dod, fbi and doj among the most corrupt organization never seen in the whole world... with time they could even overpass the catholic church :).

It’s not a letter “from Congress,” it’s a letter from four Republicans who are collectively less than 1% of the members of Congress.
Every letter "from congress" is from specific members. If there are congressional members who disagree with these questions, they are also within their right to compose a letter "from congress".
More interesting than the questions are the responses, which have not yet been provided.
