On the Capital lawn where seats are set up and hair stylist are giving haircuts, even though it's against the governor's EO.
While I was filming, half a dozen State police officers come and issued "citations".

Hello, thanks for the comment. I put this together rather quickly for time, I wanted to get it on the blockchain right away. This is is Michigan, our governor opened up the northern portion of the state, but is insisting on locking down (stay home, stay safe) with no end date in sight. Some are saying she's going to continue the lockdown into November, if she can get away with it.
