THE PRICE IS SET, AND I'M BUYING THE FARM
SOON I SHALL BUILD
That's right, the property owner and I have settled on a price and soon I will own my farm. They live out of town so the paperwork is being sent to them to sign. But once that is done I will be days away from breaking ground on the start to our farm.
WHAT'S FIRST?
It will begin with a good mowing of the pasture. We have a healthy rattlesnake population and I need that cleared before I can let any animals in there. After that, I'll have to start working the timber to clear a homesite and begin moving some stone out of the creek for the house.
That should put us near fall here and a good time to possibly start digging to build the foundation the house will set on.
THE EXCITEMENT'S GROWING
My family and I are all so excited that it is moving along so quickly. But I'm sure having a hard time waiting to get the paperwork done.😁😁
A QUICK BABYSITTING NOTE
I am lucky enough to be entrusted to babysit my daughter and soon to be son in laws dog, bearded dragon, salt water fish and some fresh water ones. Here's a few pictures.

Thanks dear friend. My old house will be given to my oldest daughter or will be sold. And no there is not a house on this farm. I am going to build a stone one with Stone from the creek on the property.

Absolutely! We are also glad also. And yes we can't wait to get started on the house so that we can have our own place in the middle of nowhere where we can be ourselves and enjoy life. I send my love brother.
