🥂Se acerca el 1er aniversario de Hive!🎂🥂The 1st anniversary of Hive is approaching!

Bueno lo cierto es que en steemit estuve un tiempo como curadora con @votomasivo luego de conocer a @camiloferrua un gran compañero que me aclaraba muchas dudas sobre la blockchain ya que conoce muy bien este mundo, además de tener mucho talento artístico.

Como les dije al inicio, me mudo a Hive.blog luego de la bifurcación, aunque en un primer momento publicaba en ambos lugares, al principio reposteaba, luego creaba contenido exclusivo para ambas plataformas, pero al final decidí quedarme aquí para enfocarme y sumar mis esfuerzos en un solo lugar.

Como en esta época comienza la cuarentena, estuve creando mucho desde casa, tenía proyectos de ilustración y justo en esa época fue cuando decidí hacer fotografías de las comida que preparaba. Eso me gusta mucho porque uno dos cosas que me gustan mucho comer y el placer estético de la fotografía.

Well the truth is that in steemit I spent some time as a curator with @votomasivo after meeting @camiloferrua a great partner who clarified many doubts about the blockchain because he knows this world very well, besides having a lot of artistic talent.
As I told you at the beginning, I move to Hive.blog after the bifurcation, although at first I published in both places, at first I reposted, then I created exclusive content for both platforms, but in the end I decided to stay here to focus and add my efforts in one place.
As this is the beginning of my forties, I was creating a lot from home, I had illustration projects and it was right around that time when I decided to take pictures of the food I was preparing. I like that a lot because I combine two things that I like very much: eating and the aesthetic pleasure of photography.

Mis post iban desde bocetos que realizaba, pinturas con varias técnicas y estilos, sesiones fotográficas de fotopose, naturaleza y de comida.

My posts ranged from sketches that I made, paintings with various techniques and styles, photo shoots of photopose, nature and food.

Comencé a recibir el apoyo de @upmewhale @blocktrades y eso me motivó a registrar mi proceso creativo y también a generar contenido nuevo para la plataforma.

Han habido momentos en que no tengo mucho apoyo y otros en que sí.

I started receiving support from @upmewhale @blocktrades and that motivated me to record my creative process and also generate new content for the platform.
There have been times when I don't have a lot of support and times when I do.

Éste ha sido uno de los post mejor votados. Es muy reconfortante que tu trabajo tenga un mérito y que sea reconocido el esfuerzo y en mi caso el proceso creativo como artista.

This has been one of the most voted posts. It is very comforting that your work has merit and that the effort and in my case the creative process as an artist is recognized.

Luego conocí @nftshowroom gracias a una ilustradora caraqueña @alejandra.her quien muy amablemente me guió para seguir haciendo visible mi trabajo y obtener remuneración. Aquí he obtenido también varias ventas de mis obras, tengo una galería con obras de pintura digital, tradicional y también animaciones.

Then I met @nftshowroom thanks to an illustrator from Caracas @alejandra.her who very kindly guided me to continue making my work visible and get paid. Here I have also obtained several sales of my works, I have a gallery with works of digital painting, traditional and also animations.

Me gusta mucho porque es más centralizado y conoces los trabajos artísticos de otros creadores del mundo. Al igual que en la comunidad @Onchainart en donde se reúnen muchos talentos.

I like it a lot because it is more centralized and you get to know the artwork of other creators from around the world. Just like in the @Onchainart community where many talents are gathered.

Como no todo es positivo ni fácil en la vida me gustaría también contarles las cosas negativas que por suerte no han sido muchos episodios. El primero fue recibir unos votos negativos por haber pagado a un bot para subir las tendencias de mis post. Podría decir que fue una novatada, ya que había investigado y entendí que eso se podía hacer, pero recibí el rechazo de una comunidad que veía eso como algo negativo. Lo cierto es que pasé un mal rato y fue bastante desagradable.

As not everything is positive or easy in life I would also like to tell you about the negative things that fortunately have not been many episodes. The first one was to receive some negative votes for having paid a bot to upload the trends of my posts. I could say that it was a hazing, since I had investigated and understood that this could be done, but I received the rejection of a community that saw this as something negative. The truth is that I had a hard time and it was quite unpleasant.

Otro episodio fue con @ocd una comunidad que fue de gran apoyo para mis post, pero me banearon por publicar cada día mis links en el servidor de discord, intenté conversar con sus curadores para solventar la situación pero me reiteraron que me habían hecho varios avisos, yo nunca los ví y seguía publicando mis links diariamente como suelo hacerlo en cada uno de los servidores.

Lo cierto es que hay que trabajar mucho para ir creciendo en esta plataforma y ser muy cuidadosos a la hora de hacer alguna publicación, conocer las reglas e investigar mucho, además de interactuar con la comunidad para solventar dudas y compartir experiencias.

Como sugerencia para mejorar Hive si diría que los curadores en todo momento deben ser menos punitivos y más solidarios o amables, en algunos casos te pueden llegar a tratar como plagiador o como un infractor cuando en ocasiones puede ser un error o algo que se hace por desconocimiento, si existen malas intenciones de personas dentro de la plataforma debe evaluarse bien y al momento de informar o tomar decisiones irrevocables conversar de una manera propositiva.

Del resto pienso que esta plataforma me ha traído muchas cosas positivas, desde un ingreso económico por mis creaciones hasta un impulso en mi creatividad, es un reto y una gran oportunidad crear cada día y tener un espacio para divulgar tus creaciones, ideas, pensamientos y sueños.

Aprovecho también para invitarlos al evento #HiveMeetup organizado por @enrique89, @victoriabsb, @ilazramusic y @eddiespino para conocernos y mejorar cada día dentro del mundo de hablahispana de Hive que cabe destacar tiene una cantidad significativa de venezolanos. Y a mi parecer si nos conocemos y nos apoyamos cada día estaremos más consolidados, compartiendo post de calidad y de beneficio mutuo en este gran universo virtual.

Another episode was with @ocd a community that was of great support for my posts, but I am currently banned for posting my links every day on the discord server. I talked to one of their curators to solve the situation but they reiterated that they had given me several warnings, I never saw them and I kept posting my links daily as I usually do in each of the servers.
The truth is that you have to work hard to grow in this platform and be very careful when making any publication, know the rules and research, and interact with the community to solve doubts and share experiences.
As a suggestion to improve Hive I would say that the curators could be less punitive, a little more supportive and kind, in some cases they can treat you harshly as a plagiarist or as an offender when sometimes it may be a mistake or something that is done by ignorance, if there are bad intentions of people within the platform should be evaluated well and when reporting or making irrevocable decisions talk in a proactive manner.
From the rest I think that this platform has brought me many positive things, from an economic income for my creations to a boost in my creativity, it is a challenge and a great opportunity to create every day and have a space to spread your creations, ideas, thoughts and dreams.
I also take this opportunity to invite you to the #HiveMeetup event organized by @enrique89, @victoriabsb, @ilazramusic and @eddiespino to meet and improve every day in the Spanish-speaking world of Hive, which has a significant number of Venezuelans.
