If you make it a gif. Start off with the barrels in front, and then rotate to a top view that shows the barrels spell out Diesel Pools and then fade out and back into no gas required.
It looks a bit cartoonish to me. Makes me think of Transport Tycoon.
My idea would be to pick one big red oil drum and wrap the letters Diesel Pools around it.
But it all depends on what you want to express with the logo.
I think the colours look wishy washy and the fact that there are all drums present says more "gas required" rather than "no gas required". Would be better with a big red cross through it maybe.

I think the subtle dig makes for an "inside joke" the narrows the target audience.
I like the no gas required part but I think Vin Diesel should be involved in some way.

I'd like to see the barrels have a HIVE theme, like a Label and maybe have them organized into the HIVE logo?
The "no gas required" part is fun. The rest doesn't inspire me but doesn't mean it's bad ... I neither like or dislike I guess.
