Aprendizaje Punitivo// 😏 Punitive Learning.

La educación tradicional era muy estricta y para los padres era la mas efectiva pese a lo cohartiva que era, sin embargo los niños se formaban con este sistema sin realizar preguntas de ningún tipo, la ley era aprender y callar.

Pero que tanto ha cambiado la educación en la actualidad aun consideramos a nuestros estudiantes un deposito donde aprender y callar eran las únicas alternativas en el aula, creo que pese a los avances que hemos podido tener en el marco educativo aun los formadores del futuro siguen manteniendo ese patrón punitivo y conductista ante una generación que pide un cambio a los sistemas arcaicos de la educación, actualmente tenemos una generación de tecnología que debe adaptarse a los viejas herramientas simplemente porque el maestro no acepta que es necesario un cambio para lograr que la enseñanza de un vuelco.

Ahora bien, dentro del sistema educativo actual el conocimiento se mide por lo que calculas o escribes, se nos enseña a desarrollar el hemisferio izquierdo dejando a un lado el derecho el cual esta lleno de todo el potencial creativo que tiene un ser humano, pudiéramos tratar de romper este paradigma y reinventarnos para trabajar ambos hemisferios y poder valorar la esencia de cada ser humano.

En el marco de una educacion liberadora que se viene gestando desde hace tiempo, es necesario valorar hasta que punto el aprendizaje puede ser punitivo en funcion de esto reflexionare, la escuela es una los epicentros sociales en ella los ninos y jovenes se desarrollan en pleno, pero muchas veces se vuelve también un sistema coartivo de nuestra generación, porque no dejamos que la expresión sea nuestro eslogan, al contrario somos conductistas.

La escuela siempre ha sido el epicentro social convirtiendo las aulas en el escenario donde se establecen vínculos de amistad, amor, respeto, es decir, el lugar que el individuo se desarrolla en pleno.

Siendo la escuela este centro social en el cual todo podría ser perfecto nos encontramos con que el líder en este caso el docente es quién no ha cambiado el estilo punitivo de educar ya que dirige su atención a las situaciones inadecuadas o equivocadas de sus estudiantes para castigarlo dejando a un lado la valoración de las potencialidades, es decir, la enseñanza se sigue dando bajo el eslogan "obedecer" Seguimos entonces dogmados con el uso constante de la crítica siendo el reconocimiento al mérito la capacidad de resolver calculos, escribir oportunamente y hablar coherentemente, ciertamente estos aspectos son esenciales para la formación del ser, pero hasta que punto el no estar dentro de este nivel puede desechar a un estudiante cuyas potencialidades sean otras, aca hare un énfasis porque es necesario hablar de los niños con necesidades educativas especiales quienes muchas veces llegan a aulas regulares y por no estar en el nivel que el docente admite son apartados e incluso olvidados.

Es importante acotar que la educación desde un modo amplio requiere no de reformas nuevas si no de docentes dispuestos a dejar lo punitivo y que acepten que con amor y respeto se educa a un estudiante no se requiere el uso del Castigo para ganarse el respeto de los niños.

En la educación actual se debe aprender a medir la inteligencia por todo lo que irradiamos, hay que romper los paradigmas y avanzar en una enseñanza innovadora.

Now, within the current educational system knowledge is measured by what you calculate or write, we are taught to develop the left hemisphere leaving aside the right hemisphere which is full of all the creative potential that a human being has, we could try to break this paradigm and reinvent ourselves to work both hemispheres and to value the essence of each human being.

Within the framework of a liberating education that has been in the making for some time, it is necessary to evaluate to what extent learning can be punitive, in function of this I will reflect, the school is one of the social epicentres where children and young people develop to the full, but many times it also becomes a coercive system of our generation, because we do not allow expression to be our slogan, on the contrary we are behaviourists.

The school has always been the social epicentre, turning classrooms into the stage where bonds of friendship, love, respect are established, that is to say, the place where the individual develops to the full.

Being the school this social centre in which everything could be perfect we find that the leader in this case the teacher is the one who has not changed the punitive style of educating since he directs his attention to the inadequate or wrong situations of his students to punish him leaving aside the valuation of the potentialities, that is to say, the teaching is still given under the slogan "to obey" We continue then dogmatised with the constant use of the criticism being the recognition to the merit the capacity to solve calculations, These aspects are certainly essential for the formation of the being, but to what extent not being within this level can discard a student whose potentialities are other, here I will make an emphasis because it is necessary to talk about children with special educational needs who often arrive in regular classrooms and because they are not at the level that the teacher admits they are set aside and even forgotten.

It is important to point out that education in a broad sense requires not new reforms but teachers who are willing to stop being punitive and who accept that a student is educated with love and respect, and that the use of punishment is not necessary to gain the respect of children.

In today's education we must learn to measure intelligence by everything we radiate, we must break the paradigms and move towards innovative teaching.
