Crab art with my kid.
Hello friends,
Today we did this art with my daughter. She loves to draw and paint. Today’s them was sea life.
We used Pentel oil pastel for the crab and tiny sand spots. The background was painted with watercolors from Arteza.
Here she is adding some details, like eyes and mouth line.
She spent about 45 minutes doing this painting. I think it is a good size drawing for little kids like her.

We need to do more painting and drawing on days where the weather isn’t the best. Maybe tomorrow might be the day, we are getting some rain and our son needs something to do!

Thank you @cmplxty, yes we had a very rainy days lately, for days like that for me it's helpful to have some extra art supplies, or some inexpensive activity coloring books, ceramic figurines from Dollar Tree, I also like buy on clearance in regular stores:-)
Drawing is a form of expression that helps us to create an idea of how things are or at least how we perceive them, when children draw they connect us with their own self in that wonderful way they have to see the world from innocence, it is very important to always encourage drawing in them. The crab is very nice. Kids love to paint, this is always a good activity to spend time with them, I like it too and sometimes we spend an hour doing some drawings, most of the time of superheroes haha.
