Una forma Divertida de Aprender las Vocales//A fun way to learn vowels (ESP-ENG)

En esta oportunidad les traigo parte de las formas divertidas que uso con los niños para aprender las Vocales, durante mi carrera me enseñaron varios métodos y con el que más me identifiqué fue el método francés Le Bon Départ donde se combinan los aspectos psicomotrices, auditivos y visuales.

A los niños les gusta cantar, moverse, dibujar, jugar; utilizaremos estos aspectos para la iniciación a la lectura y escritura de las vocales.

El método consiste en partir del movimiento, ejecutar la forma de la letra, combinarla con una canción, ritmo o melodía, luego escribirla en el plano vertical y finalmente en el horizontal, explicaré el paso a paso.

Empezaremos por la vocal "a" minúscula . He elaborado una pequeña canción para cada una de las vocales, puedes poner la melodía que más te guste. Enseñaremos al niño la canción y la repetirá mientras hace el trazo, la dirección y la secuencia de cada letra.

Dibujaremos la vocal en el suelo, marcando con una X el lugar donde comienza la letra y con flechas el camino a seguir al caminar y el niño lo recorrerá siguiendo las flechas y cantando la canción.

A continuación, podemos pedir al niño que dibuje la letra en el suelo con tiza.

Podemos elaborar las letras con material que tengamos en casa, carpetas viejas, tela, algodón, papel de lija, escarcha etc . A la silueta de cada una de las vocales le podemos colocar diferentes texturas.

Cantando la canción pedimos al niño que siga la forma de la letra con el dedo, haciendo el ataque, la dirección y la secuencia correcta de cada letra.

Algo que les encanta es jugar con plastilina, podemos hacer plastilina casera y hacer la forma de las letras con ella.

Otra forma de practicar el trazado de las vocales es colocar harina o arena en una caja o tapa y pedir al niño que cante la canción mientras escribe la letra.

Continuamos con el aprendizaje de las vocales y su trazado ahora en el plano vertical, si no tienes pizarra puedes poner papel en la pared. Empezaremos a dibujar la vocal, el niño hará un trazo grande, otro mediano hasta el pequeño, cantando la canción mientras la escribe.

Practicamos con el niño hasta que sea capaz de trazar la letra correctamente.

Y para terminar este maravilloso viaje de aprendizaje de las vocales, iremos al cuaderno donde reforzaremos:

• La escritura de la vocal siguiendo el ataque, la dirección y la secuencia.
• Las palabras que comienzan con el sonido de la vocal para escribir la vocal.
• Colorear figuras que comienzan con la vocal.
• Recortar la vocal que estamos aprendiendo.
• Identificar entre varias vocales una en concreto

y muchas otras actividades escritas que se pueden encontrar y que facilitan la identificación y escritura de la vocal.

Es importante seguir el ritmo del niño, no forzarlo y acompañarlo con mucha alegría y amor. Según su madurez el niño fluirá con este proceso de iniciación, este viaje hacia la lecto escritura debe convertirse en una aventura divertida ya que el juego es una valiosa herramienta de aprendizaje.

A fun way to learn Vowels

Greetings Dear Community!!

In this opportunity, I bring you part of the fun ways I use with children to learn the Vowels, during my career I was taught several methods and the one I identified myself with the most was the french method Le Bon Départ where the psychomotor, auditory, and visual aspects are combined.

Children love to sing, move, draw, play; we will use these aspects for the initiation of reading and writing the vowels.

The method consists of starting from the movement, executing the shape of the letter, combining it with a song, rhythm, or melody, then writing it in the vertical plane and finally in the horizontal plane, I will explain the step by step.

We will start with the lowercase vowel "a". I elaborated a little song for each of the vowels, you can put the melody that you like. We will teach the child the song and he/she will repeat it while he/she draws the line, the direction, and the sequence of each letter.

We will draw the vowel on the floor, marking with an X where the letter begins and arrows the path to follow while walking, and the child will walk on it following the arrows and singing the song.

We can then ask the child to draw the letter on the floor with chalk.

We can elaborate the letters with material that we have at home, old folders, fabric, cotton, sandpaper, frosting, etc. . To the silhouette of each of the vowels, we can place different textures.

Singing the song we ask the child to follow the shape of the letter with the finger, making the correct attack, direction, and sequence of each letter.

Something they love is to play with playdough, we can make homemade play dough and make the shape of the letters with it.

Another way to practice tracing vowels is to place flour or sand in a box or lid and ask the child to sing the song as he/she writes the lyrics.

We continue with the learning of the vowels and their tracing now in the vertical plane, if you do not have a blackboard you can put the paper on the wall. We will start drawing the vowel, the child will make a big stroke, another medium one until the small one, singing the song while writing it.

We practice with the child until he/she can trace the letter correctly.

And to finish this wonderful journey of learning the vowels, we will go to the notebook where we will reinforce :

• The writing of the vowel by following the attack, the direction, and the sequence
• Words that begin with the vowel sound to write the vowel.
• Color figures that begin with the vowel.
• Cut out the vowel we are learning.
• Identifying a particular vowel among several vowels<.

and many other written activities that you can find that facilitate the identification and writing of the vowel.

It is important to follow the child's rhythm, not force him/her, and accompany him/her with a lot of joy and love. According to their maturity, the child will flow with this initiation process, this journey towards reading and writing should become a fun adventure since play is a valuable tool for learning.
