Carrot pudding 😋
Hlo,hy, namastey to all hive users reaching this post,hope doing great. Today i am going to share you the recipe of carrot pudding, in our language gajar ka halwa. Do try to make it in winters ,it do tastes so amazing 🤩. My mother made this pudding during winters , I forgot to share you during that time. So here I am sharing the recipe now.

For this recipe you require some carrots, milk , sugar , cardamom powder (elaichi ),dry fruits (optional).
Tough its a very easy recipe but it needs patience and time 😉.
So here is the recipe of carrot pudding
Firstafall take 4-5 carrots and peel their outer skin ,wash it afterwards.
Then start grating it finely.

After this take a pan or any utensil ,put some oil or ghee or butter in it .

Now put the grated carrot in the utensil.

Mix it properly and add milk in it. Here we have to put a good amount of milk because it will be absorbed slowly slowly,side by side add sugar and cardamom powder ( elaichi powder)according to your taste.


Slowly the milk starts disappearing.

Till this process my mother was cooking in the stove but after this we transferred it to our traditional stove , actually not traditional also but kind of that only. The difference is that our traditional stove is made up of mud which is used in villages but its of different kind.
The main reason for shifting the pudding here was that it requires a lot of time and fuel ,so it would save it.
Stir the pudding in every 2-3 minutes so that it would not burn. Start adding dryfruits when the milk gets disappeared completely.
Here our carrot pudding is ready.
