Today I woke up and she was still there sleeping, apparently the cool weather suits Nina very well, she likes to rest in the mornings because she spends all night taking care of the house and is always very alert for anything.

Hoy desperté y aún estaba allí durmiendo, parecer ser que el clima fresco le sienta muy bien a Nina, le gusta descansar en las mañanas porque pasa toda la noche cuidando la casa y siempre está muy alerta ante cualquier cosa.

I took her to the backyard and she was no longer so nervous, she felt calmer and this time she was able to climb up and down the log without any problem. A few minutes later my sister arrived and asked me if I wanted to go to the beach. I was so happy to hear that she was going to the beach. I thought about taking Nina with me.

La llevé al patio trasero y ya no estaba tan nerviosa, se sentía más tranquila y esta vez pudo subir y bajar del tronco sin ningún problema. Unos minutos después llegó mi hermana y me preguntó si quería ir a la playa. Me alegró mucho saber que iba a ir a la playa. Pensé en llevar a Nina conmigo.

We arrived at the beach and Nina was very nervous, it was a new place for her. She was peeing all the time, she smelled everything, she was restless, she moved away, then she came closer to me and she didn't even stop smelling the floor.

Llegamos a la playa y Nina estaba muy nerviosa, era un lugar nuevo para ella. No paraba de orinar, lo olía todo, estaba inquieta, se alejaba, luego se acercaba a mí y no dejaba de oler el suelo.

The smell of the sea was very pleasant. I decided to take her and put her in the beach. Nina swam very fast, she looked like a little rodent, I had fun watching her swim, then I decided to take her out because the waves were too high.

El olor del mar era muy agradable. Decidí cogerla y meterla en la playa. Nina nadaba muy rápido, parecía un pequeño roedor, me divertí viéndola nadar, luego decidí sacarla porque las olas eran muy altas.

Nina swam to the shore, there was my sister's husband, when she saw him she went crazy with happiness, she jumped and wagged her short tail, ran and came back, I think the bath was good for her after all.

Nina nadó hasta la orilla, allí estaba el marido de mi hermana, cuando lo vio se volvió loca de felicidad, saltó y movió su corta cola, corrió y volvió, creo que el baño le vino bien después de todo.

Then I made a small hole to place her there and pose this magnificent photo. At first Nina was restless, I spoke to her calmly and she gradually relaxed, I know she feels that I would not be able to hurt her, so she stayed calm. We took pictures of her and took her out of that little hole. People saw her and took pictures of her too. She looked curious.

Luego hice un pequeño agujero para colocarla allí y posar esta magnífica foto. Al principio Nina estaba inquieta, le hablé con calma y poco a poco se fue relajando, sé que siente que no podría hacerle daño, así que se quedó tranquila. La fotografiamos y la sacamos de ese pequeño agujero. La gente la vio y la fotografió también. Parecía curiosa.

Then we went back home, Nina saw the entrance of the house and wanted to come in. Finally when I opened the door she ran in, then ran out again jumping with happiness. she wanted to eat and rest. The beach made her tired and she is almost 9 years old.

Luego volvimos a casa, Nina vio la entrada de la casa y quiso entrar. Finalmente cuando abrí la puerta entró corriendo, luego salió corriendo de nuevo saltando de felicidad. quería comer y descansar. La playa la cansó y eso que tiene casi 9 años.
