Today I come through the cool pet community to share in the initiative created by @medicenbecky where he urges us to share 10 fun facts about our pets, and since Nero is a special being in my life, I would like you to know facts about him that make him so important.

Hoy vengo a través de la genial comunidad de mascotas para compartir en la iniciativa creada por @medicenbecky en donde nos insta a compartir 10 datos curiosos sobre nuestras mascotas, y como Nero es un ser especial en mi vida, quisiera que sepan datos sobre él que lo hacen tan importante.

• 1°) I may have mentioned it before, but Nero has the ability to sleep anywhere and anyhow:
  "One can get him on the bed, on the stairs, on the clothes, on the porch, on the plants, on the computer, on the chair, or any place he thinks is cozy for a nap."

• 1°) Quizás ya lo mencioné antes, pero Nero tiene la capacidad de dormir donde sea y como sea:
  —Uno lo puede conseguir en la cama, en las escaleras, en la ropa, en el porche, en las plantas, en la computadora, en la silla, o cualquier lugar que él piense que es acogedor para echar una siesta.

• 2°) When he is very stressed he tends to scratch the curtains, the exercise mat or the beds:
  "Sometimes he goes out for a walk to other houses and comes back quite stressed for what reason? It's a mystery, what I do know for sure is that I don't have any curtains left in good condition for this reason."

• 2°) Cuando está muy estresado tiende a arañar las cortinas, la corchoneta de ejercicio o las camas:
  —A veces sale a dar una vuelta a otras casas y regresa bastante estresado ¿por qué motivo? Es un misterio, lo que sí sé con veracidad es que ya no me quedan cortinas en buen estado por este motivo.

• 3°) Nero knows when my mother comes to visit the house:
  "He tends to leave often to visit other places, he goes around with many cronies, but if my mother comes even as a surprise, he will know beforehand and will show up shortly before she arrives, I don't know if he is a fortune teller or what, but he saves himself from the scolding my mother would give him by not seeing him at home."

• 3°) Nero sabe cuando mi mamá viene de visita a la casa:
  —Tiende a irse seguido de visita a otros lares, anda con muchos compinches, pero si mi madre viene así sea de sorpresa, él lo sabrá de antemano y aparecerá poco antes de que ella llegué, no sé si es adivino o qué, pero se salva de la regañada que le daría mi madre al no verlo en casa.

• 4°) He can spend all day cleaning himself:
  "He is quite neat, perhaps in the extreme, he spends hours giving himself licks to clean himself here and there."

• 4°) Puede pasar todo el día limpiándose:
  —Es bastante aseado, quizás en extremo, pasa horas dándose lamidas para limpiarse por aquí y por allá.

• 5°) He is a big eater:
  "You can eat, and eat, and eat again and let alone when someone brings bread! He becomes insistent."

• 5°) Es comilón:
  —Puedes comer, y comer, y volver a comer ¡y ni les cuento cuando alguien trae pan! Se vuelve insistente.

• 6°) He knows when I feel bad:
  "Nero has a quite developed sixth sense, when I feel bad emotionally or physically, he always wants to be on top of me, it is his way of giving support, it will seem a lie, but you would be surprised how protective he can be."

• 6°) Sabe cuando me siento mal:
  —Nero tiene un sexto sentido bastante desarrollado, cuando me siento mal emocional o físicamente, él siempre quiere estar encima de mí, es su forma de dar apoyo, parecerá mentira, pero se sorprenderían de lo protector que puede llegar a ser.

• 7°) If you make him angry, he will ignore you:
  "When he gets angry he tends to move away a little and look towards the horizon with a spiteful gesture, he has become a capricious and supreme animal."

• 7°) Si lo haces enojar, te ignorará:
  —Cuando se enoja tiende a alejarse un poco y mirar hacia el horizonte con un gesto rencoroso, se ha convertido en un animal caprichoso y supremo.

• 8°) He does not like children:
  "As he is not a fan of being grabbed too much or squeezed, every time he hears children coming home to visit, he goes to his room or hides in some corner where they won't find him, if his friends don't invite him to the roof of some house."

• 8°) No le agradan los niños:
  —Como no es fan de que le agarren demasiado ni lo aprieten, cada que escucha que llegan niños de visita a casa, se va al cuarto o se esconde en algún rincón donde no lo encuentren, si es que sus amigos no lo invitan al techo de alguna casa.

• 9°) If I'm working at night, Nero will be lying nearby waiting for me to go to bed:
  "He developed the habit of lying down behind the computer to wait for me to finish working, quite understanding of him."

• 9°) Si estoy trabajando de noche, Nero estará acostado cerca esperando a que me acueste:
  —Desarrolló el hábito de recostarse detrás de la computadora a esperar que yo termine de trabajar, bastante comprensivo de su parte.

• 10°) He is spoiled:
  "Everyone spoils him at home, maybe that's why he sometimes gets too selfish, but he is a loving and loyal pet, we all love him."

• 10°) Es un ser consentido:
  —Todos lo miman en casa, quizá por eso a veces se pasa de egoísta, pero es una mascota cariñosa y leal, todos lo amamos.

This has been my participation in such a fun challenge, it was quite entertaining and I hope it inspires other people to try it and learn more about those beautiful pets that are homeowners, a big hug to all who read and Nero and I send good vibes to all.
