Todo en este planeta tiene un propósito, una razón de ser, en este caso los animales forman parte del equilibrio de la naturaleza, entre ellos mismos controlan la población de sus especies, unos polinizan, otros descomponen los cadáveres y el excremento, e incluso de lo que nosotros consideramos desechos para otros es un tesoro como por ejemplo el escarabajo pelotero que se alimenta y construye su nido con el excremento de otros animales y a su vez contribuye evitando el exceso de moscas que molestan al ganado y abonan el suelo al enterrar dichas bolas de estiercol.
Por otra parte el elefante es llamado también el ingeniero del ecosistema, mientras avanzan van abriendo caminos a través de los densos bosques que habitan permitiendo así que otras especies transiten. Muchas especies de árboles en los bosques de África y Asia dependen de las semillas que pasan a través de su tracto digestivo antes de poder germinar; Adicional su pisada, al llenarse de agua, puede permitir que se desarrolle un micro ecosistema, convirtiéndose en el hogar de renacuajos y otros organismos y así sucesivamente podemos mencionar muchos otras especies,todas sin excepción cumplen una función aportando vida al planeta tierra.

Destacamos:
Aunque solamente un 5 % de las especies animales son monógamas, pueden crear vínculos tan fuertes con su pareja que son capaces de morir cuando se encuentran en soledad.
Pinguino
Es un ave cariñosa y monógama, las parejas engendran un nuevo hijo y de la crianza de éste se encargarán tanto el padre como la madre, el padre se encarga de empollar y cuidar a la cría, mientras que la madre sale a la caza de peces para alimentarlos.
Caballitos de mar
Es un hecho científico, que los caballitos de mar mueren si su pareja muere, permanecen al lado del cuerpo de su pareja sin comer hasta morir.
Elefante
Ante el cadáver de un elefante, toda la familia se detiene y se pone tensa. Primero acercan sus trompas para olerlo, luego palpan y mueven con cuidado los huesos, sobretodo los del cráneo.
Cuando un elefante muere, toda la manada se preocupa. Si se trata de una cría, su madre permanece junto al cadáver varios días e incluso trata de transportarla consigo con ayuda de la trompa o los colmillos. El resto de la manada permanece a su lado o reduce el paso. Cuando muere un adulto, los otros elefantes tratan de levantarlo y no se separan de él hasta que sus restos entran en putrefacción. A veces velan el cadáver, ahuyentando a los carroñeros, e incluso lo semientierran entre las hojas inclusive con el tiempo visitan los huesos de sus parientes.
En resumen la vida de cada ser vivo es importante para el presente y futuro del planeta, debemos respetar y convivir en armonía con ellos ya que sin ellos hoy en día no existiría vida, eduquemos a la sociedad del mañana con amor y misericordia hacia estos seres vivos.

Una sugerencia; he visto que has copiado textualmente algunas partes de los artículos que has colocado de fuente, lo cual no está mal si has colocado que lo sacaste de allí (si no lo hubieras colocado, allí ya sería plagio). Sin embargo, los curadores suelen buscar originalidad, creatividad, etc. a la hora de votar y dar recompensas altas. Un sugerencia mía (desde mi perspectiva), es tratar de escribir todo el post según tus ideas propias, y si vas a sacar algo textualmente de otro lado, puedes hacerlo, pero solo algún fragmento, y señalarlo, como por ejemplo, de esta manera:
