Cheo, Georgia and Arlo. Three stories full of hope. [ENG-ESP]
Hello Hive Community and Cat Lovers!
Hoy llegué de un viaje de dos días a una playa. En el lugar donde nos estuvimos quedando tuve la oportunidad de conocer muchos gatos, era increíble, me sentía como si estuviera en una isla de gatos, afortunadamente pude conocer acerca de las historias de tres de estos por lo que hoy he decidido compartirla en la comunidad de Hive.
Today I arrived from a two day trip to a beach. In the place where we were staying I had the opportunity to meet many cats, it was amazing, I felt like I was on an island of cats, fortunately I was able to learn about the stories of three of them so today I decided to share it in the Hive community.
MEET CHEO!
Cheo es un lindo gato macho de 2 años y medio de edad. Su dueña me contó que encontró a Cheo de una manera lamentable, ya que, un día decidió ir a regar las platas detrás de su casa y escuchó un débil maullido proveniente de una bolsa de basura. Las condiciones en las que se encontraba Cheo eran lastimosas, un gatito pequeño echado a la basura como si fuera parte de ella, su dueña supuso que lo habían tirado a la basura puesto a que pudo darse cuenta de que sus patas traseras tenían un problema lo cual hacía al minino caminar prácticamente arrastrándose.
Pudo haberle pasado algo peor pero el pequeño Cheo resistió a todo, por lo que su dueña decidió darle una oportunidad y lo adoptó.
Cheo is a cute 2 and a half year old male cat. His owner told me that she found Cheo in an unfortunate way, because one day she decided to go to water the plants behind her house and heard a faint meow coming from a garbage bag. The conditions in which Cheo was found were pitiful, a small kitten thrown into the garbage as if he was part of it, his owner assumed that he had been thrown into the garbage since she could see that his hind legs had a problem which made the kitten walk practically crawling.
Something worse could have happened to him, but little Cheo resisted everything, so his owner decided to give him a chance and adopted him.
Hoy en día, Cheo es capaz de caminar por su propia cuenta, aunque sus patas traseras continúan estando un poco desviadas. No se dejen engañar por esos ojos cautivadores. Cheo es un gato que adora a la gente, le gusta ser acariciado y una vez le ofrezcas la mano, él no dudará en acercarse a restregar su cara en ella en busca de afecto.
Today, Cheo is able to walk on his own, although his hind legs are still a little bit deviated. Don't be fooled by those captivating eyes. Cheo is a cat who adores people, loves to be petted and once you offer him your hand, he won't hesitate to reach over and rub his face in it in search of affection.
MEET GEORGIA!
De Georgia desconozco su edad puesto a que su dueña es una señora mayor y lastimosamente no recuerda cuántos años tiene la gatita. Pero algo que no ha olvidado su dueña, es la manera en la que encontró a su gran compañera de vida. Georgia fue encontrada por la hija de la dueña de ésta mientras estaba siendo maltratada por un grupo de infantes que, lastimosamente, ya habían acabado con la vida de los hermanos y la madre de esta gatita. La señora Zenilda llevaba años queriendo una mascota por lo que su hija, luego de haber tenido una charla con aquellos niños optó por llevarla con su madre, quien feliz la recibió en su casa como una nueva miembro de la familia.
I don't know Georgia's age because her owner is an old lady and unfortunately she doesn't remember how old she is. But one thing her owner has not forgotten is the way she found her great life companion. Georgia was found by her owner's daughter while she was being mistreated by a group of children who, unfortunately, had already killed her siblings and her mother. Mrs. Zenilda had been wanting a pet for years, so her daughter, after having a talk with those children, decided to take her to her mother, who happily welcomed her into her home as a new member of the family.
Actualmente Georgia vive una vida tranquila. Le gusta dormir y adora las caricias. Y aunque es muy inquieta con respecto a las cámaras. Georgía es la fiel cuidadora de la señora Zenilda. Una gata inteligente capaz de hasta ayudar a su dueña a alcanzarle sus zapatos o de avisarle si dejó alguna puerta abierta. Son en verdad mejores amigas.
Georgia currently lives a quiet life. She likes to sleep and loves cuddling. And although she is very restless with regard to the cameras. Georgía is the faithful caretaker of Mrs. Zenilda. An intelligent cat capable of even helping her owner to reach her shoes or to let her know if she left a door open. They are truly best friends.
MEET ARLO!
Este pequeño amigo que no se alcanza a ver en las fotos, puesto a que es realmente inquieto se llama Arlo, fue encontrado por la dueña de Cheo en las calles, cerca de una autopista concurrida hace un par de semanas. Le encanta jugar y perseguir a la gente, ama el calor corporal, por lo que apenas lo cargué y lo tuve en mis brazos concilió el sueño rápidamente. Es un gatito muy cariñoso al que si le maúllas él te maullará de vuelta, sin importar las veces que lo hagas.
This little fellow that you can't see in the pictures, because he is really restless, his name is Arlo, he was found by Cheo's owner in the streets, near a busy highway a couple of weeks ago. He loves to play and chase people, he loves body heat, so as soon as I held him and had him in my arms he fell asleep quickly. He is a very affectionate kitty that if you meow at him he will meow back, no matter how many times you do it.
El día de hoy Arlo tiene 15 días desde que su cuidadora lo rescató. Actualmente este pequeño amigo está en búsqueda de un hogar que le de los cuidados necesarios y el amor que merece. Espero que el querido Arlo encuentre la clase de dueños que merece y tenga una vida excepcional.
Today Arlo is 15 days old since his caregiver rescued him. Currently this little guy is looking for a home that will give him the care and love he deserves. I hope that dear Arlo finds the kind of owners he deserves and has an exceptional life.
Fue realmente agradable para mí el haber tenido la oportunidad de conocer a estos maravillosos felinos y de conocer sus historias y más allá de ellas, al igual el haber compartido con sus dueños. Espero les haya gustado esta publicación... ¡Nos vemos en otro post!
