Hoy estoy muy contenta porque se nos dio la oportunidad de darle un hogar temporal a Lina. Todo surgió porque empezó su periodo fértil, el primero, y consideramos que está muy pequeña para vivir esa experiencia. Además tampoco es conveniente que tenga crías y estén todos en condición de calle.
Today I am very happy because we have had the opportunity to give Lina a temporary home. Everything came up because she started her fertile period, the first one, and we consider that she is too young to live that experience. Besides, it is not convenient for her to have offspring and they are all in street conditions.
Lina, está en casa y empezaron las nuevas aventuras. Lo primero que hice fue darle un baño, lo que fue un poquito complicado, porque se volvió "gata ninja", pero solo cuando sentía el agua. Era de esperarse porque nunca había sido aseada de esa manera debido a que vivía en la calle.
Lina is home and the new adventures began. The first thing I did was to give her a bath, which was a bit complicated, because she became a "ninja cat", but only when she felt the water. It was to be expected because she had never been groomed in that way since she lived in the street.
Las noches han sido muy activas, es como tener un bebé, jaja. Se sube a la cama a dar mordiditas jugando porque anda curiosa intentando atrapar lo que haya detrás de las cobijas, o jugando con cualquier guindalejo, revisando aquí y allá.
The nights have been very active, it's like having a baby, haha. She climbs on the bed to nibble playfully because she is curious trying to catch whatever is behind the blankets, or playing with any cherry tree, checking here and there.
Ha sido bastante agradable tenerla en casa. Está muy consentida. Tobby y Duque, los perritos de la casa, respetan el espacio de Lina, así que todo se ha manejado de manera armoniosa.
It has been quite nice to have her home. She is very spoiled. Tobby and Duque, the dogs in the house, respect Lina's space, so everything has been handled harmoniously.
Tener la oportunidad de convivir con un animal, respetar sus necesidades, cuidarlo y darle cariño considero es una experiencia única, porque es compromiso y afecto, que ofrecemos a un ser indefenso ante diferentes circunstancias de nuestro mundo. Además, puede surgir una conexión desde la convivencia.
