Hey family, something crazy happened to me 😄
With no pleasure I strarted to write this blog but everything ends in a good way.
Indeed, for more than three weeks I had been waiting for news of the scholarship for the University that I am starting in a month.
More the time was going and the more I was stressed because I still had nothing concrete in terms of fees and financial support while knowing that I also have to find a place to live.
Oh lala, it was quite a long time to wait...

Coucou les amis il s'est passé quelque chose de spécial!
J'ai commencé à écrire ce post dans l'angoisse mais tout s'est merveilleusement bien terminé.
En effet, depuis plus de trois semaines j'attendais des nouvelles de la bourse d'étude pour l'Université que je commence dans un mois.
Plus le temps approchais et plus je stressais car je n'avais encore rien de concret au niveau financier et soutien tout en sachant que je dois aussi me trouver un logement sur place .
Oh lala, ce fut une sacrée attente...
Last week, I was lying on my couch surfing with you on Hive. When I saw a big spider walking quietly in my living room.
I was so scared, that I unfortunately killed it when I tried to take it out on the balcony. After this, I was not as good with myself because I don't like to kill insects.
I live on the ground floor and there is a lot of vegetation and insects all around my building.
La semaine dernière étant allongée sur mon canapé à surfer avec vous sur Hive, j'ai croisé le regard d'une grosse araignée marchant tranquillement dans mon salon.
J'ai tellement eu peur que je l'ai malheureusement tué en voulant la sortir sur le balcon. Je me suis un peu sentie pas bien car j'ai horreur de tuer les insectes.
En effet, je vis au rez-de-chaussée et il y a pas mal de végétations et d'insectes tout autour de mon immeuble.
The next day, when I went into my bedroom to get something, I saw another spider, even a huge one! I thought myself, what's that all about? Two spiders in the space of two days is completely crazy. What's going on with me or at my home?
This one I chased it, I didn't want to sleep with it! Just the thought of her climbing on my face or my arms while I was sleeping makes me feel cold! So I killed her. I had no choice 😭
So I calmed down a little bit but I was already nervous and it didn't help anything! End of the day, I finally go to bed and I was thinking about my karma while sliping...
Le lendemain, entrant dans ma chambre à coucher pour prendre quelque chose, j'ai vu une autre et même immense araignée! Je me suis dis c'est quoi ce délire?? Deux en l'espace de 2 jours c'est complètement dingue. Qu'est-ce qu'il se passe avec moi ou chez moi?
Celle-ci je l'ai pourchassée, je ne voulais pas dormir avec elle! Hors de question qu'elle dorme avec moi! Rien qu'à imaginer qu'elle monte sur mon visage ou bras durant que je dormais me refroidit! Je l'ai donc tué, je n'ai pas eu le choix 😭
Bon je me suis un peu calmée mais j'étais déjà nerveuse et cela n'a rien arrangé du tout! J'ai quand même réussi à dormir mais mal car je pensais à mon karma...
You thought it was over? Well, no.
Then again last Thursday! I felt like a presence and when I turned my head being on my computer I shouted, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO! Not again this kind of big spiders 😩😭
I was overwhelmed and on edge. That one I said: You're not at home, you won't escape me!!!! As she was crawling on the wall it was difficult for me to catch her without her jumping on me, lol. You don't know what?
She was quick, she jumped I thought in a bag that was nearby. I put the bag on the balcony and on the way back to the living room, I see her running on my couch! I said stop, that's as far as you go! I finally grabbed it under a glass and left it because it scared me.
Vous avez pensé que c'était fini? eh ben non.
Puis encore jeudi passé! j'ai senti comme une présence et lorsque j'ai tourné ma tête étant sur mon ordinateur j'ai crié, NON, NON, NON, NON! Pas encore une araignée de cette grande espèce 😩😭
Là, j'étais excédée et sur les nerfs. Celle là je me suis dis : Toi là c'est pas chez toi, tu ne m'échappera pas!!! Comme elle rampait au mur il m'était difficile de l'attraper sans qu'elle me saute dessus, lol. Vous ne savez pas quoi?
Elle a été vive, elle a sauté je pensais dans un sac qui était à proximité. J'ai mis le sac sur le balcon et en revenant au salon, je la vois courir sur mon canapé! J'ai dis stop, tu n'ira pas plus loin! J'ai fini par l'attraper sous un verre et l'ai laissé car cela m'a fait peur.

Then, later, I asked some friends if it was normal to have 3 big spiders in your house within a week! I was totally hallucinating! to think that there would be a nest in my house or something... I was not too well for another three days after that... Of course, direct after I washed all side of my appartment 😅
Puis, plus tard, j'ai demandé à des amis si c'était normal d'avoir en l'espace d'une semaine 3 grosses araignées chez soi! J'hallucinais totale! A penser qu'il y aurait un nid chez moi ou autre.. J'ai "psychoté" durant encore trois jours après... Bien évidemment j'ai fais le ménage de fond en combles 😄
Just yesterday, I got the announcement and the definitive and positive answer I was waiting for, so I will try not to be too stressed.
Spiders are not bad or negative. They are also, I think, a bearer of good news. You know the last time I came across huge ones like this was at the university announcement. I also had the visit of 3 spiders...
Have you ever lived or experienced this? Or am I crazy maybe?

Juste hier, j'ai eu l'annonce et la réponse définitive et positive que j'attendais donc je tâcherai prochainement de ne pas trop m'alarmer.
Les araignées ne sont pas mauvaises ou négatives. Elles sont aussi je pense apporteuse de bonne nouvelles. Vous savez la dernière fois que j'ai croisé d'immense comme cela, c'était lors de l'annonce de l'université. J'avais d'ailleurs aussi eu la visite de 3 araignées...
Avez-vous déjà vécu ou expérimenté cela ? ou suis-je folle peut-être ?

I usually shoo them out my door if I had to with a small light bristle broom.
You may need to get a hold of that 'Fight or Flight response' or you will nothing but dead spiders who are supposed to keep the other bugs in check.

Hi @misschance The first thing to do if you haven't torn it to shreds trying to kill it is to try to identify what type of spiders it is. You definitely want to know if it just an ordinary grass spider that is harmless or something more deadly. Learn to recognize the different type of spiders you see.
What spiders are in your area? Do other neighbors experience the same thing? Please ask the complex where you are living if there is a problem. If an apartment complex, do they have regularly scheduled pest control?
