Wow! Good old Market Friday! So good to see it! πŸ˜€ Yes, with the arrival of covids, we cannot visit the usual markets, only shops - a lot of changes, alas 😭 Finding new vegetable recipes that the family would like is a huge challenge for me 😩 The only dish my husband eats is to bake zucchini and other vegetables sprinkled with non-dairy cheese in the oven. I really like to put red cabbage on fermentation. It is divinely delicious and mega healthy! The flowers are great !!!

Haha!! #MarketFriday has been running for almost 4 years! Can you believe that? I will say that last year was a challenge, but, I managed and so did everyone else! Can you believe it? I did put it on vacation for a couple of months at Thanksgiving, but, people still posted to it. :))

That is true dedication! Does he like eggplant? Eggplant Parmigiana is pretty good, although the eggplant has to be friend, so that may be a no thank you. :) I find main vegetable recipes a challenge myself. Most take too many ingredients or take too long to make. Oh! I have become lazy!!
