Hello Hiveians

I want to first congratulate mum for the privileged she got to have raised a capital for this project.
Small scale business is fast growing in Nigeria and most of them is channeled into buying and selling of goods.
To open the store, she first did a good market survey and this store is located in Oke-odo a place very close to university of Ilorin in Kwara state.
Next we prepared, cleaned and painted the place.
The goods were all purchased at wholesale from the main warehouse in Baboko where goods are sold at wholesale price.

I can say that the store was creatively arranged with similar goods at different accessible locations.

A refrigerator was placed to keep cold soft drinks and water.

We are selling at retail for now with hope of expansion where we can begin to sell t wholesale price.

Although she is my mum I still have to buy goods with my own money 😂 because there is no family in business, goods are sold with cash even to family members.

I bought some makeup items, I love the makeup community on hive and will like to explore my makeup skills.

That's our new store, you can patronize us if you live around Ilorin

Thanks for viewing

That is smart business! Congratulations to your mother! You should be very proud of her! That store looks awesome and it is furnished nicely with all the good things in life.

I wish her much success and one of the key things I love about it is that it is very clean. That is so important! Thank you for sharing it with us!!! I have done my first reading all of the #MarketFriday posts, which I normally do before I comment on any. It has been my habit since the beginning of the challenge. I have told all of you how humbled I am, so many people taking the time to put a quality post together, so that we may share with each other.

To this day, I learn something new each time I read your post, sometimes only a small detail is new, but, it is a process, like building with blocks. Each time, more blocks are added until I understand how it is built, or how you think. Your culture is one to be proud of and I am so excited to learn more each week. I am fascinated by it all. I never like to miss anything on it. I cannot even begin to tell you how much they mean to me, that you take the time. There have been some really interesting ways that #MarketFriday has been presented, all of which add more charm to the mixing bowl. The challenge points out our differences, but, then, it also shows many things our cultures share. When the day is done, it shows off how human we all are and how we basically all care about our families and others.

I love the experience of it all. I appreciate the love and support given to #MarketFriday! Thank you! Truly! Your participation adds a piece of your world, and I have to say, people are interested in is seeing it. This entire challenge has opened up the world to me and so many others. Thank you again for being a part of all this! I am so happy to see you here@ I hope you have a fabulous day! Hive on!!
