The local Japanese second hand shop

▶️ Watch on 3Speak

This shop orders containers full of second hand products from Japan and sells them to Thai customers here in Phuket. They are located in the market and besides having such a massive assortment of items from Japan sell excellent coffee, tea, and other drinks as well as a new small buffet in order to make money to pay staff wages in these difficult times.

Wow! I mean, wow! It is like the Auction House containers that are shipped, chock full of stuff! If you are looking for it, I am sure they have it! Isn't that amazing that there is a market for that stuff? Although I bought a couple of barrels from England a couple of years ago, full of linens. The cost of three of them paid for the entire barrel, so sometimes it can be good.

It looks like you had a great time there! Who doesn't love to peruse through second-hand stores!?? I do!!!! As an aside, I found most videos work best in the landscape mode as the picture is kind of skinny in the video in portrait. That is just my take on it and doesn't mean anything. I am no expert. ;) I appreciate the love and support you are giving to #MarketFriday! I feel like the more the merrier. We have such a great group here and I encourage you to scroll through a few here and enjoy them as they will enjoy yours. There are so many challenges here on Hive and it warms my heart to see that you chose to be a part of this one. It is people such as yourself that made it into such a successful challenge! It takes a lot of effort and thoughts to put together a post for the #MarketFriday challenge. I know this first-hand and so, again, it is appreciated. Thank you again for being a part of all this! I hope you have a lovely weekend!

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm just getting into the video aspect of this site. So landscape mode... I get it a go :) Thanks for the tip, reblogs, the comments, uvotes and reblogs. After all you are probably the only person here that knows where I'm from haha. Yes there is quite a large market for it in Thailand. The older generation looked to Japan. Before they were manufacturing cars here everything was second hand from Japan. Imported in sections of course to avoid the huge import taxes ;)

Smart. My brain doesn't think that way, you know, being American and all. Kidding. It makes perfect sense even now to do that to some things. The second-hand market should never be scoffed at anyway. Look at how Cuba has handled that. Best kept cars in the world and all pieces of history.

When you do get to the video again, you will find that an exaggerated slow movement will make such a difference. I find I don't see enough in most videos as people pan too quickly trying to get in more. Sometimes, less is best because you can focus more accurately when covering only a portion. Again, I am no expert, but, people send me a lot of videos to look at.

That is funny about me being the only one who REALLY knows where you are from. When you say Washington DC Metro area, people have visions of you living down the street from the White House, maybe even having dinner with Donald once in a while. Oh, you get my point. :)

Okay, well, Happy Monday! See? Always in a rush, as I am still on Sunday. Slow down, you are moving too fast. ;)

Thanks for the tips! Yes the DC area. Nothing quite like it. Go to Baltimore and the scene is totally different.
