The first of the weekly updates - NoLoafing Loseit 2020 Update #1

Similar to the #noloafingmoney series I need to re-start my #noloafingloseit series. There were a number of incidents that removed my focus, but the new-normal is starting to settle in so I need to get back to my goals.

If you are new here, you can find the start of this series at the noloafingloseit hashtag. I even posted an update to the plan last week.

The update

Well there isn't much to share or show. I'm starting from scratch slightly higher than my original weight. Nothing that I'm too worried about, but still a bit of a blow.

My end goal is still the same, but getting there by the end of the year is going to be a bit trickier than it was before. Doable for sure, but I will need some help.

That’s where you come in. If you haven’t seen an update from me. In this community for over a week, call me out by creating a post on your blog and mention me @noloafing.

I will send you (and everyone that calls me out) 10 SBI units or 5 HIVE for the first 10 accounts.

This will go on for as long as it’s helping. I will announce when it’s over in this community.

How am I doing!

Starting Weight: 130.3 kg
Starting BodyFat %: 38.8

Goal: 100kg at 20%bf*

Following along

I will be continuing with these updates at least once a week, and after 6 weeks or so I will start including progress graphs.
