There was also laser-tag and insanely good food. I've been feeling kind of down and out lately, but doing my best to hold the Truth of the reality I have manifested for myself and those close to me in the music realm close to the heart.
We have HUGE accomplishments on the way, and the best way I can think to ride through things I am feeling that do not align with feeling like my best self, is to simply focus on those positive aspects, and exit the rest from my mind and heart for the moment. Emotional detachment and compartmentalization is where I am currently. It is a hard and uncomfortable journey on my end, but one I must endure to find the light of my life long-term, and what is right for me.
Inner-work can be hard but also cause evolutional progression in our souls which is VERY healthy for us... just remember to not do that too often though, the human spirit also needs a balance to feel comfortable and safe. You must have both to be happy imo. Life acknowledgments for the day.
