What is up WeedCash? Guess what? Today is my birthday! Tha's right, I'm a Taurus, r something. Today is also Tony Hawks birthday. I know that for some reason. 31 years old today! DIdn't want it to pass without dropping in and saying hello.

Today I wanted to show off some shots of Platinum Kush. It's OG Kush x Afghani. One of the prettier varieties I've grown, but she is not all looks She carries the legacy of ***OG Kush well, and you can definitely see the similarities.

*Platinum Kush grows a lot like OG. Vary large, dense nugs like other heavy indicas. In cool temps she starts to show a lot of color. A dark green an purples make for a very attractive plant. Silvery white trichomes cover the flower, and much of the leaves. You can definitely see where they got the name "platinum". By the time she is ready for flush she it's glimmering like 24's on a coup.

I've only grown her indoors, and she can be finicky. I've had her seed out before, and it killed her THC content. I've seen plenty of other OG's grown outdoor, and Platinum is so similar that I imagine she could thrive in that environment as well. If you have had success with other OG's, you can probably handle Platinum with similar techniques.

The bag appeal is definitely there, but Platinum OG smokes as good as she looks. She smells sweet, and somewhat skunky. It has a prominently OG traits to the smell, and the high as well. The super dense nugs, and the earthy undertones. I looove smoking this in a joint, because of the flavor, and how long it burns.

It has a creeping high, but definitely comes on strong as time passes. She only tests around 17% but that is plenty with this amazing terp profile. She is deep, and relaxing, yet has many other benefits. Platinum OG has higher CBD than most strains, and you can definitely feel it in the effects. I love this variety for end of the day creative tasks, like writing music, or making Hive posts. Not huge yields, but bag, and name appeal can make this a profitable flavor to add to your menu. She also makes a great hobby grow. Can't go wrong with Platinum OG
