Rising Star game - where your rocking dreams come true!

Yesterday in the morning I received a direct provocation. In a good way.

@forykw suggested that I should get this particular card. @risingstargame underlined his suggestion.

StarBits Millionaire

It's a special card. For two reasons.

  1. You can only get it if you stake ie. hold 1,000,000 StarBits (no staking option for StarBits)
  2. It gives you access to a special mission where you can claim 10,000 StarBits each day

I decided to accept the challenge and gather 1,000,000 StarBits. I also need to reach level 50 to be able to use the card. I am at level 44 now so there's quite some time and missions to do.

Additionally, I upped the task by deciding not to use any outside funds. The source should come from Hive related tokens.

I acted immediately. By converting Splinterlands DEC from the sales of the cards to Hive and buying StarBits with it.

Luckily, this fellow has a new owner now.

I could put 41K DEC to good use. Several transactions later my StarBits count at Hive-Engine stands at ...

Two-thirds gathered one third to go. I'll sooner reach 1 million StarBits than level 50 :)

Ps: #splinterlands player, there are more valuable cards on sale.

Thanks a lot. I try to be thorough with what I do, gaming included :)

I also try to limit my gaming time and involvement. It looks like I will keep playing #risingstar and #holybread and quit any other game...

Just a note, that you don't need to stake, just hold (stake ability is not enabled on the STARBITS token). 😎

To receive I think not... to use the mission yes... you need level 50 and 1000 fans! The fans are the easiest part. But until then, you need to kind of work on it. I have been doing a lot of time, it's so addicting!

That's one juicy card!
You just made me want to save up for this card as well. Might have to occasionally use some of my dCity SIM income to buy some starbits and get this as 10k a day is well worth it!

100 days collecting this will give you the 1 million starbits you saved, of course you can just buy a booster pack each day which I might do on some days.

I decided to fund the buy with income from other Hive sources. So I'll simply reinvest the assets. In this case from DEC to Hive to StarBits.

Yes, after 100 days/claims it's a net profit :)

Oh boy! This is exactly what I need!! I want to get that Starbit Millionaire card too! I have a long way to go in terms of Starbits :) one step at a time... one day at a time...

Wow, look at you go. I have been playing for a while. I just got to level 50 the other day. I am a long way from having 1m starbits though. What is the benefit of staking them?

Then you are in front of me for 6 levels :)

With this card, you get access to the special mission which you can do once daily. By completing this mission you receive 10,000 StarBits. This means that in 100 days your investment is covered...

Wow, that is pretty interesting. It would take me so much money to even get to that point. I have been playing for months and I only have about 88k Starbits saved up. I do have a Pink Lambo that I am looking to sell though.

You can sell some cards. Or, like me, sell other valuable assets. Like SPlinterlands cards :)

I have been selling some of my Splinterlands cards. I have been using that money to power up my Hive account. I am trying to hit 20K HP by the end of the year.

I do not find any staking option in HE Vallet :) Need to have 1 million Staubitz, What else be done to have that particular card?

Sorry, staking is the wrong term.

Holding is the correct one.

You gather 1M StarBits in your Hive-Engine wallet.

Then you get in touch with @risingstargame's Jux in the Discord and he sends you the card -> Jux#8438

Now you have me wondering about getting to a million. That might take months in the game. I could use other tokens, but don't have enough for now. I don't really want to sell my Splinterlands cards and I want to buy more Rising Star cards. I will just see how it goes. Enjoy your millionaire status!

I had this card on the wish list when it first came out. Then I forgot about it. Then I started selling Splinterlands cards and have been reminded about the card. It clicked together. Replacing cards for card. In different games although yet on the same platform.
