Today we will continue our walk in the park of the Catherine Palace in Tsarskoye Selo in St. Petersburg. The fact is that I tried to photograph in detail all the places that I visited during my trip. There are so many photos that it is difficult to fit them in one or two publications.
Сегодня мы продолжим прогулку по парку Екатерининского дворца в Царском селе Петербурга. Дело в том, что я постарался подробно сфотографировать все те места, которые я посетил во время своей поездки. Фотографий получилось так много, что их сложно уместить в одной-двух публикациях.
The Chapelle Pavilion in Tsarskoye Selo Park was built in 1825-1828 by architect Adam Menelas, where there used to be a place for royal hunting. During the construction, the walls of the old pavilion or Lusthouse, built in 1755 on the same site, were used. According to the architect, the Chapelle was supposed to look like a Gothic medieval chapel destroyed by time, consisting of two square towers, one of which has picturesquely collapsed. The second tower was crowned with a high roof, and on the upper part was placed a copper weather vane in the form of a rooster.
Павильон Шапель в парке Царского Села был построен в 1825-1828 годах по проекту архитектора Адама Менеласа там, где раньше было место для царской охоты. При строительстве использовались стены старого павильона или Люстгауза, построенного еще в 1755 году на том же месте. По замыслу архитектора Шапель должна была выглядеть как разрушенная временем готическая средневековая часовня, состоящая из двух квадратных башен, одна из которых живописно обвалилась. Вторая башня была увенчана высокой кровлей, а на верхней части поместили медный флюгер в виде петуха.
Walking through the park, you can meet many different birds and even squirrels. I was lucky enough to get close-up shots of the crows and ducks, but I didn't see any squirrels this time.
Гуляя по парку можно встретить множество разных птиц и даже белок. Мне повезло сделать снимки вороны и уток с близкого расстояния, но белок в этот раз я не увидел.
Despite the early spring, the park has many beautiful corners. There is a large pond where real Venetian gondolas float in the summer time. Something is always blooming in the flower beds. And if in the spring there are mainly primroses and snowdrops, then in the summer the whole park will bloom with a lot of bright colors.
Несмотря на раннюю весну, в парке много красивых уголков. Имеется большой пруд, по которому летом плавают настоящие венецианские гондолы. На клумбах постоянно что-то цветёт. И если весной здесь в основном первоцветы и подснежники, то летом весь парк зацветёт множеством ярких красок.

I love that colorful bridge in the 8th and 9th photos! And it's fun to see familiar crocuses blooming all the way over on the other side of the world.
These are Small (Iron) Chinese bridges in Alexander Park in Tsarskoye Selo (Pushkin). Small (or Iron) Chinese bridges span the Cross Canal on Triple Alley near the Chinese Village on the Cross Canal.
