The city under clouds and some thoughts about my photography on Hive.

During the recent 2 weeks, I was very inactive due to different reasons. One of them is my unwillingness to post a big amount of images attached to every post as some communities ask to do and finally it's what the curators are looking for here on Hive. It never was my way in photography and it never will be. Photography is not about amounts but about quality and the content created with a minimum that expresses the maximum. Finally, money is nothing and ART is everything.

I took these images of the hidden under the heavy clouds and the pouring rain city a few days ago. Photographed from the balcony on floor 44 in the center of TelAviv. The weather was very challenging and the look was changing every 5 minutes from this cloudy to super clear with the visibility to kilometers.

Beautiful pictures as usual! I love more the foggy and misty one!
And yes, art is more important than money, art is the space of freedom, it is the space where we express ourselves.
Last thing: why do you take photographs in black and white? 😂😂 I'm joking, and as you I find weird that many people, in some socials, are asking that!

thank you, brother ! me as well liking the extremely different and foggy image much more of course due to the unusual look :-)
i get many questions like this about why BW is only on the Noise platform :-)
seems like most of the users there are very new to real photography and use their only "smart"phones cameras for their snapps. I don't know how to explain o these people and finally don't feel that i need to explain something :-))))

I think it's great that you insist on being true to yourself. Art is meant to be personal, unless you're Andy Warhol, in which case art is meant to be mass satire.

I love the gloominess! And the busy-ness of that city. That's a really neat vantage point.
