The Sweet and Cool Jennifer Gervais [Photography Lovers Contest - Female Portraits]

Good afternoon, fellow bees!

This shot was taken at a concert of the band Dust in Mind, who were opening for Infected Rain at a small venue in the centre of Vienna, Austria.

I didn't know this band before the concert began and they gave a great show. The girl in the photo is the lead singer of this Industrial/Melodic Death Metal band from France. They sing in English, mostly about problems of our world and they mix up the sweet angelic voices of Jennifer Gervais with the harsh vocals of the guitar player, Damien Dausch.

This is my entry for the Photography Lovers Contest - Female Portraits hosted by the Photography Lovers Community.

Good photo, wow pretty Xtreme band! I can't say France is the first nation that comes to mind when I think of metal, and I can understand why French isn't the preferred language for this kind of music.
