Canon EOS M50 - Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USDAfter receiving my Canon EOS M6 Mark II last weekend (see my previous post), today it was the turn of my Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USD lens to be delivered 😊 A great deal since it's on sale for 425€/$505 instead of 550€/$655 here in Thailand (while in France it's price is around 650€/$770).
To be honest, it's a pretty good-looking lens but it weighs a bit 😂
Après avoir reçu mon Canon EOS M6 Mark II ce weekend (voir mon post précédant) c'est mon objectif Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USD qui vient d'arriver 😊 Une belle affaire vu qu'il est en promo à 425€ au lieu de 550€ ici en Thaïlande (alors qu'en France il est au alentour des 650€).
Le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est une sacrée bête qui pèse un peu son poids 😂

So I couldn't resist very long to try it, It was just too tempting. I mounted it on my Canon eos M50, I went downstairs and went straight to our garden.
With a new family of lizards making their home here, my photography subject was very easy to find, starting with the youngest of the family.
Du coup je n'ai pas résisté très longtemps à mon envie de l'essayer. Ni une, ni deux je l'ai mis sur mon Canon eos M50 et suis parti direct dans le jardin.
La famille lezardimini y ayant élu domicile mon sujet de photographie y était tout trouvé, en commençant par le petit dernier de la famille.

This lens is a jewel, I am really very happy with the quality of this Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USD, I didn't expect so much! Just as I was nicely surprised with my Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary. I can say that my last two lens purchases have been a very happy success.
Et là, direct la claque! Cet objectif est un bijou, je suis vraiment très content de la qualité de ce Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USD, je n'en espérais pas tant! Tout comme j'avais été agréablement surpris avec mon Sigma 16mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary. On peut dire que mes 2 derniers achats d'objectifs sont une belle réussite.

Canon EOS M50 - Tamron 70-210mm f/4 Di VC USDI am not yet fully familiar with its handling, weight and size, but I still find the result excellent, it must also be said that the credit goes to the subjects who were particularly cooperative Hahaha!
The quality of the sharpness and the colors is especially obvious with big daddy lizard.
Je ne l'ai pas encore tout à fait en main mais trouve tout de même le résultat excellent, il faut aussi dire que le mérite en revient aussi aux sujets qui ont été particulièrement coopératif Hahaha!
La qualité du piqué et des couleurs est particulièrement flagrande avec papa lézard.

Cool shots. I have been looking at getting more of a telephoto lens. I need to check out the cost of this one. I had the Tamron 150-600 a few years back and wish I would have never gotten rid of it.
When I bought it, I was worried that the f/4 would not be enough. I hesitated with the f2.8 version but the price difference is huge and finally I have no regrets.
I'm extremely surprised and far above my expectations, I use a basic Canon eos M50 (I use a Viltrox speed booster to mount it) and I find the quality amazing.
