Bringing back the Community Photography Contest - Female Portraits!

I am not taking pictures of people often but if we go out photographing with a group sometime i sneak a portrait in somewhere.

She did saw me taking the picture but she was busy posting for someone els.
I loved the colors of here sweater matching the autumn colors of the tree behind here.
What do you think could be beter in this picture?
