Blessed sea that you offer us your exquisite fruits infinitely, have the pleasure and pride of being born and living in a land bordered by beautiful beaches, where the fishermen come out before the sun shines with its first rays of the day, where the sunrises are earlier, and they return with the reward of their work; an infinite variety of fish and mollusks that constitute the fundamental pillar of the diet of the "oriental", an adjective that is given to those of us who are natives of the west of my country Venezuela.
This variety of known as lamparosa, fish that with its singular thinness for being very flattened, has a unique beauty since it is rich in iridescent tones that provide a very pleasant sight to the eye and not to mention its flavor, which far exceeds his scrawny image. !!

Bendito mar que nos brindas tus exquisitos frutos de forma infinita, tener el placer y el orgullo de haber nacido y vivir en una tierra bordeada de playas bellísimas, donde los pescadores salen antes de que el sol ilumine con sus primeros rayos del día, donde los amaneceres son más temprano, y regresan con la recompensa de su trabajo; una variedad infinita de pescados y moluscos que constituyen el pilar fundamental de la dieta del "oriental", adjetivo que se nos da a quienes somos nativos del oeste de mi país Venezuela.
Esta variedad de le conoce comúnmente como lamparosa, pescado que con su singular delgadez por ser muy aplanado, posee una belleza única ya que es rico en tonalidades tornasoles que brindan un espectáculo muy agradable a la vista y ni hablar de su sabrosura, que supera en mucho su escuálida imagen.!!
