Let's talk a little about music Pt. 4

We listen to a lot of radio, but radio stations themselves are not that big in the scene right now, but we do get the impression from people that a lot of people are listening to them. Radio makes an impression over a long period of time.

What are your views on the current market? Any big names coming?

I don't think we should be able to call a band "one of the biggest groups" because that doesn't necessarily mean they are really good. The biggest group on this scene isn't even a band. And even then bands can get smaller if there aren't good recordings and new songs.

I am sure this is the case for many people, so it would be very important to promote each act in the biggest way we can. I'm sure a lot of people would love to see your acts come to a bigger level if you make it happen. I hope the bands are able to make it to some kind of level, and to me that is the biggest thing.

I think it is quite weird that a few years ago a lot of people just assumed the bands were better, and if they did well enough they would receive a record deal to further their career. But it is quite different now, because it is clear that we are getting more and more talent through the music industry.

A lot of people who are in charge in the industry think of the bands as just making music and are not so much into their management, so they don't really work with them or try to find the right way to use the bands.

You just have to keep on trying, and maybe at the very end they'll give some credit or the right attention to the bands.
