¡Saludos queridos amigos de Hive! Hoy me encuentro respondiendo a la invitación que me hizo mi amigo @daniel2001 para participar en esta interesante iniciativa de @maryed, en la cual se nos pide compartir nuestro Top de 5 videos musicales favoritos. Hacer una recopilación de los videos que me gustan es una tarea complicada, pero acá les presento mi selección, no están dispuestos con un orden específico. Espero que les guste.
Hijo de la Luna - Stravaganzza
This video is a cover by the gothic metal band Stravaganzza from Madrid, of the popular song "Hijo de la Luna" by the also known Spanish band Mecano. It is not easy to meet expectations when covering a song like this, but Stravaganzza managed to do it impeccably. The setting of the video does justice to the lyrics, as well as the costumes, it is a truly artistic video, not to mention the impressive voice of Leo Jimenez (vocalist of the band) and the excellent performance of the musicians.
Este video es un cover realizado por la banda de metal gótico Stravaganzza de origen madrileño, de la popular canción Hijo de la Luna de la también conocida banda española Mecano. No es fácil cubrir las expectativas cuando se hace un cover de una canción como esta, pero Stravaganzza lo logró de manera impecable. La ambientación del video hace justicia a la letra, al igual que el vestuario, es un video realmente artístico, sin dejar de mencionar la impresionante voz de Leo Jiménez (vocalista de la banda) y el excelente desempeño de los músicos.
Laura Pausini - Con La Musica En La Radio
This beautiful video of the Italian singer Laura Pausini describes step by step the story of a couple who start their life together. It is a really personal song and the video reflects it, it is set in New York City in the 80s. I like the colors and the joy that is transmitted in this video.
Este hermoso video de la cantante italiana Laura Pausini nos va describiendo paso a paso la historia de una pareja que empiezan su vida juntos. Es una canción realmente personal y el video así lo refleja, está ambientado en la ciudad de Nueva York en los años 80. Me gusta de este video los colores y la alegría que se transmite.
Christina Perri - A Thousand Year
Another of my favorite videos is this one by Christina Perri, which begins with the singer holding a small candle and singing while alternating images with those of the Twilight saga and its various characters, focusing especially on the wedding of Edward and Bella, which I think fits perfectly with the lyrics of the song and the story of both characters.
Otro de mis videos favoritos es este de Christina Perri, el cual comienza con la cantante sosteniendo una pequeña vela y va cantando mientras se va alternando las imágenes con las de la saga Twilight y sus distintos personajes, enfocándose especialmente en la boda de Edward y Bella, lo que me parece que encaja perfectamente con la letra de la canción y la historia de ambos personajes.
Avril Lavigne - When You're Gone
This video is one of those that always tend to bring a meaning, it covers three relationships in different age groups, but all of them in the same situation, on the verge of ending their relationship. The first relationship is of a couple who are expecting a child, but are separated because the husband must go to war. The second relationship is of an elderly man who has recently lost his wife and the third relationship shows teenagers who are separated by their parents.
Este video es de esos que siempre suelen traer un significado, abarca a tres relaciones en diferentes grupos de edad, pero todas en la misma situación, al borde de terminar su relación. La primera relación es de una pareja que está esperando un hijo, pero se ven separados porque el esposo debe ir a la guerra. La segunda relación es de un anciano que ha perdido recientemente a su esposa y la tercera relación nos muestra unos adolescentes que son separados por sus padres.
Maroon 5 - Girls Like You ft. Cardi B
The concept of this music video is quite minimalistic, throughout the video you can see the vocalist Adam Levine in the center of a set with a microphone, his band is around him playing instruments in the background. Then a variety of women appear, singing and dancing to the rhythm of the song. The clothing worn by the guests in the music video features messages representing various social justice and identity movements.
El concepto de este videoclip es bastante minimalista, durante todo el video se puede ver al vocalista Adam Levine en el centro de un set con un micrófono, su banda está alrededor tocando los instrumentos de fondo. Luego van apareciendo una variedad de mujeres cantando y bailando al ritmo de la canción. La ropa que usan las invitadas al video musical presenta mensajes que representan varios movimientos de justicia social e identidad.

¡Muy buenos vídeos! Avril Lavigne es una de mis cantantes femeninas favorita y ese vídeo en particular tiene un significado muy bonito, te remueve los sentimientos jaja.
Y te entiendo, no es una tarea sencilla escoger sólo cinco...yo estuve horas pensando y no me lograba decidir jajaja. Gracias por animarte con esta iniciativa. Saludos!
